Nice old hotel with good location

Blanket was filthy had cigaret burns and ash stains on the under side. Window leaked room smelled musty, tripped on carpet ***** that was falling apart and sticking up while walking into the room.

coffee machine was bad. tasted burnt. food looked good didnt try. staff was kind. parking was fine. even got offered to buy boots from another guest. took 5 days to get my desposit back. the hall on or floor smelled like Indian food. we were next to elevator which was noisey. i got what i paid for. a cheap room in a nice town.

Room was dirty, noisy neighbors and no flexibility for one more hour even though the hotel was empty.

They wouldn't accept my company card for the incidental deposit because it didn't have my name on it, which is bs because I've used it everytime I've booked a room for work. I travel all week long and get rooms nightly and never had an issue until then, I can accept that company policy prohibits this but that doesn't mean i don't get a full refund when i don't have another card to use for the deposit. I had to threaten to bring the police into it hours later before he finally told me he would refund the money to my card. Im still waiting to see if the money actually goes back to the card like he said it would.

0 tv and microwave. I had a spray bottle that had fallen off the top near the tv and it somehow turned the switch off. Talking with Drashti i explained i wanted to make food for those of us with no place to go on Christmas. Have a celebration from 11 to 1

Clean room, staff was nice. Wish there were a few more choices at breakfast. We were pleasantly surprised.
