I enjoyed my stay very much. This hotel is really close to the beach and many restaurants. It’s very clean and pretty, the lobby was so cozy and nicely decorated. We met Jessica at the front desk, she was great and really helpful. Our room smelled really fresh

the staff from the morning and night team displays great hospitality and professionalism! the location is great near major highways and plenty of restaurants and less than 15 minutes to the beach. The only downside is the pool area has not been opened since reopening of businesses and beaches. Overall price and cleanliness is up to par!

I stayed here 2 nights in July 2022. The room was very comfortable and big. I had 2 beds. There was a small refrigerator with 2 complimentary bottles of water. The room was on the 7th floor and it had a very nice view of Aventura. The location is perfect, close to the Aventura Mall, Waterway Shoppes and Chabad of Aventura (2 min walk) and Chabad at Waterways (15 min walk). The room had a safe, ironing board, closet, nice bathroom, a coffee machine, blowdryer. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash were from a refillable bottle (which is a nice environmental practice.) The check in is at 3pm. I got there at 11am and the front desk was very kind to let me check in early. The front desk was very accommodating since I had 2 different reservations (made at different times) and they were able to place the 2 rooms on the same floor, close to each other. The lobby is very quiet. They have a bar that usually has people at night. They sell several food and drink items next to the front desk. There is a Starbucks right in front of the hotel. For people who observe Shabbat I would suggest to placed on a lower floor if staying over on Shabbat.

After several Delta flight cancellations on Sunday night, June 12th at FLL, the gate agent recommended the Holiday Inn in Hollywood, FL. The front desk person checked us in quickly and gave us our room. Unfortunately, we had some issues but the front desk manager handled them professionally and responsibly. The rooms are comfortable and quiet. There is a restaurant and outdoor pool on the premises. Room rates are reasonable.

Absolutely not staying at this wreck of a hotel ever again! Tiesha (so) the front desk agent was a complete unprofessional! Yelled at us, became racist in a heartbeat, and when confronted with hotel issues called the police!! Even agitated other guests to cause more drama to the situation. She failed to have correct information about the hotel, refused to notify her manager or get management involved. Other issues like amenities were not as advertised. Hot water didn’t work. Rooms unkempt, and disgusting hallways. Overall experience of a well travelled and frequent hotel guest: absolute zero. Past reviews should be taken as truth as the staff and hotel quality are not even close to the Cambria marketing as the top Choice Hotels option. Choice oughta be ashamed of this hotel and is staff.

Breakfast is American-style, simple and rich, there is an airport shuttle every hour, very convenient, surrounded by McDonald's and big supermarkets, very good as a turnaround

Andrew who was at the front desk was amazing. I called to verify that they had shuttle service before reserving and he said yes. After reserving the room and landing and gathering our luggage, I called to request a pick up and he kindly obliged. He told me where to wait. Within 1 minute he called me backed informing me of an issue with the hotels vehicle and that he was sending an Uber to pick up. He then texted me all the drivers information. The driver called me and informed me that he would be flashing his hazards so that I would know it was him. We arrived safely at the hotel and Andrew had all the paperwork ready for me so that he could quickly go to our room. He then explain alley the amenities of the hotel and wished us a great stay. Wish more hotels had employees like this.

WE WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL EVER AGAIN AND WE ARE IN MIAMI EVERY YEAR FOR AN ANNUAL EVENT. I wanted a hotel near the Hard Rock Stadium and saw the Stadium Hotel was close by. Many of the other more well-known hotels were further away and more expensive. Eventually I realized why the Stadium was less expensive. Read on… Unfortunately, two hotel employees (security and whoever supervises security) ruined our experience. Despite ALL the other employees we interacted with being VERY helpful and polite, will we never be returning to Stadium Hotel. Halfway through our stay, we decided to extend our visit by one more night. I personally went down to the front desk to confirm availability and extend my reservation. The gentleman at the desk was very pleasant, entered the information into the computer and told me I was “all set.” Several mornings later, at the time we would have been checking out had we not extended our reservation, (I was at a job off the hotel grounds) my wife was working remotely from our room. A woman showed up at the door to “remind” us it was time to checkout. My wife explained that we had extended our reservation and been told we were all set. The woman said she would let the management know. My wife then got on a very important Zoom but was interrupted by incessant calls to the room by the front desk. She directed them to call me on my cell, but explained I was working and it may take me a few minutes to respond. One minute after my wife hung up, she got yet another call badgering her saying we had not yet paid for the upcoming extra night. My wife got hold of me via text and I called the front desk from my cellphone. The front desk told me they had no record of my extension because I had not paid for the upcoming night. I told them when I extended no one told me I had to prepay and that I was told I was all set. I said they could run my credit card on file if they needed payment immediately. They said I had to be there to sign, but it could be taken care of when I returned in a few hours, not to worry. Yet, just two minutes after I hung up with the front desk, my wife got call after call stating we hadn’t paid and I had to pay right then in person. My wife yet again explained and offered to go down with her credit card, but they said they would not accept it because I had the reservation (which of course makes no sense since they also claimed I didn’t have a reservation). She explained I had spoken with someone just a few minutes ago who said I could take care of it in a few hours, and that she could not keep answering the phone because she was on a work Zoom. She asked to speak to a manager (who she could hear in the background was the one insisting the front desk keep calling her), but the manager did not take her call and sent her to voicemail. Five minutes after my wife was sent to voicemail, there was a knock on the door. Again, she interrupted her Zoom. This time security was at the door.

So let's start with the things that actually were ok. We had no complaints on the room itself. It was ok in all aspects. The location is also a plus, only a 10 minute drive from the airport. However, we arrived one day late due to change of our flights. We tried contacting the Hotel several months ahead of our arrival in two different ways, e-mail from their site and by responding to a message they sent in some system. No reply from either, and upon arrival when we asked they apparently don't read any of these. When we checked in we were informed that they would make a reservation on my credit card which would then be returned to us on checkout. It wasn't. According to their logs we had only paid half of our room, when we in fact had paid everything (and even higher rates than what they had in their system) in advance and they had just mixed something up, perhaps our booking with another booking. I'm still trying to get that 75 USD ”deposit” back, but no answer so far... Another disaster is the breakfast. We always book hotels with breakfast to get a good start of the day and don't have to look for food the first thing we do. The breakfast here, when served at all, is very, very limited and not worth the designation breakfast. The second day there was no breakfast served at all. We waited for an hour. They promised us compensation, but the card they had on file isn't ours, so I guess we'll never see that compensation either. The service mindedness of the staff varies a lot.
