Beds were uncomfortable. We ate at the restaurant in the hotel and got food poisoning. The heater in the room made a loud screeching noise but was too cold to turn off do we didn't get much sleep and both our backs are messed up now. Also the app (way too many booking requirements and too bloated) and codes to get into elevators are a nuisance. Worst hotel stay I've experienced.

It was close to the restaurant area so it was good for spending dinner time, but I'm not sure if I'll go back next time because of the bathroom door not closing, the shampoo bottle not pressing, and problems checking in with the app.

The third time in the hotel, this time the room was simply bad, worn out. Some accessories were missing (there was no carpet, broken dispensers for shampoo and shower gel in the shower). Also with a door to the next room where noisy neighbors lived.
