Newly Renovated #4 Close to the Beach w/ Parking

Horrible experience from the moment we arrived 6 pm. Parking that is included was a nightmare. 5 parking spots for thee entire property. Designated spot #4 for us. It was occupied and only spot available was #1. Contacted host to be told they will text all tenants about occupied space. Meanwhile sitting in the car for 45 minutes waiting. Contacted again and they claim that no one has responded. Asked where do I park? They send me a link for public parking lots which were all full. Had to park 7 blocks away & pay $17 parking. Walked back to property and still, parking taken. The parking spot was cleared/available until past 11 PM...had to walk back and get car to finally park the car at midnight, SIX hours waiting. We missed the sunset and out entire evening was ruined. As to the unit and incredibly small. A broken couch (back rest held up by bags of blankets)...that can accommodate only 2 people. Property claims up to 5 people. Fridge almost the size of a office mini fridge with a small wall table meant for dining w/ only two stools. Bedrooms noisy a/c wall units that hand over your bed and to accommodate, they leave you leave you disposable foam earplugs. Conclusion: asked for compensation and they offered $18 lol. That covers my out-of-pocket street parking I paid for. A total insult. This place is a pit and not worth a fraction of the money they charge. A total disappointment and poorly managed property. They don't care and have no clue about customer care & retention!
