Located in a private, secure building with 5 independent units at the entrance to the beach & Hollywood Boardwalk. Apt. 4B is on the ground floor—no stairs for easy access. Per city rules: suitable for 1 couple or 2 adults, or 1 adult with up to 2 children under age 4. Children over age 4 are considered adults.
