Nice studio unit. Has everything you need for the beach. Perfect for 2. Parking is not a challenge, it’s non existent. If you are staying during the weekend, and have a vehicle, better budget some funds for parking. It’s 4 per hour with no other options. Also, the hot water did not seem to work during the morning hours but later in the day it worked fine.

Pleasant Beach Stay
Very nice little beach apartment with everything you need for the week. Very close to Hollywood Beach and within many shops and restaurants. My only concern was that the pool was undergoing renovations when we were there. Kim was fantastic and was very helpful.

Location Location Location
The condo met our expectations. Definitely a small place but doable for 2 people. Location is perfect to pool, beach and broad walk;no need for a car. Her condo has ALMOST everything for the perfect stay. Suggestions: a bottle opener and maybe a welcome basket with a few kuerig cups and a couple of bottles of water would be helpful.

Small But Cute - Best for a couple or a single person.
This was definitely a small unit and two friends staying in this unit was a bit trying. First of all, this is a studio unit and if one person wants to go to bed earlier than the other, with a Murphy Bed, the other person who may want to stay up a bit later has no choice but to also go to bed. One TV makes it difficult to not go to bed early because the other may not to be able to sleep while the TV is on. Other than that, it was clean, cute, close to everything with a lovely pool on the property. Plus maybe a 2 minute walk to the beach. We had a bit of a problem with the keypad but the owner came and
put in a new battery. Neighbours were lovely and the area was very quite.
