Lovely 2 bedroom with side ocean view

Amazing location on a budget This particular unit has some very good offerings and some "not-so-nice" challenges.GoodThis property is oceanfront and has easy access to two pools (one heated) and offers two large patio areas with plenty of chairs, tables and space to relax and is within walking distance to Walmart and Publix!The unit itself has plenty of space for up to six people. The kitchen is clean and large. Our host, Daria was very responsive to our needs, responding quickly when we saw that there was no umbrella in the closet for us to use at the beach. Additionally, when we reported a very slow drain in the primary bathroom, she sent her husband out within an hour to fix that issue. ChallengesPublic spaces shows its age and lack of upkeep, such as dark hallways, dirty stairwells, and the smell of insect repellent. Condo security told us to leave the pool while having a quiet dinner as it closed at sunset. Also, children aren't allowed to play with balls in poolOur unit has been "loved" and could use a deep cleaning of the furniture. The cloth headboard had visible stains and the couch had dirty arms and pillows. The primary bathroom window was broken and the sink did not drain. The original shower tile and bathroom walls need to be replaced as they show tremendous wear and do not look clean. The balcony door was very hard to maneuver and the lock was broken. A makeshift lock was added, but was missing two screws. Overall, great location, responsive host, adequate accommodations.

Short weekend trip The condo was great, it had so much space and extra seating in all of the rooms. My son enjoyed the piano! It was clean and the view out the master bedroom window was gorgeous. I really enjoyed that we were right next to the stairwell and would take that right out to the back of the property, it made access so easy and convenient. It was a very nice neighborhood and the beach chairs were only 25 to rent! The manager was quick to answer any of my questions and answered the phone every time I called.
