FANTASTIC OCEAN VIEW - CONDO ON THE BEACH 2B/2B!!!

Overall great condo and stay! Beds were super comfortable and slept well..bedding/pillows/rug different than shown. Baths had great hot water in showers and fluffy towels, but no shampoo, bath soap or hairdryer…when asked they provided hairdryer, extra towels and 3 more beach towels since we had a group of 5. Floor room fans were game changers with the FL heat and humidity. Kitchen had large fridge and was well organized. Beach chairs/umbrella and portable cooler were amazing and an easy walk to clean and well maintained beach and pool. Porch was nice to enjoy an ocean breeze and pelican viewing. Parking was in a covered community garage. Owners welcome associate was very accommodating even allowing us late checkout. Great location with lots of delicious restaurants close by. Highly recommend!

Place looks beautiful in the ad. Door wall doesn’t open properly, couch is broken, king bed is broken. A/c quit working and leaked water all over the floor. Ceiling fell down because of the water leaks exposing mold growth everywhere. The property manager hung up on my wife. We left 2 days early and most of our group returned home sick with upper respiratory problems. An absolute nightmare. Stay away from this place.

Great Location Condo was on the beach with great access to restaurants and other amenities.

Stay The condo could use a deep cleaning and also some repairs. No hot water in the kitchen sink. Floors were dirty, water stains on the ceiling in several places and the whole place needs to be painted. The master bedroom bed is in need of repairs or replacement.

All good except living room TV Overall everything was good except the living room TV, the problem was you couldn’t adjust the volume to make it higher or lower and with a 2 year old being unable to lower it at night was a big problem and we couldn’t get the owner to agree the TV was the problem until about 7 days into our stay. I would definitely stay here again if they straighten out the TV problem. Liliana the property manager was excellent and made the check in process a breeze.. also the place was immaculate and the view and location were great.

Beach Retreat Room and property were nice! Only problem after hours check in a little confusing and the valet was no help actually to the point of being rude!
