Pool heating: The daily fee for using a heater for the heated pool is $40/day, please notify us before your arrival and we will turn on the heater before you arrive so the pool will be warm for you. We charge extra for pool heating because it cost a lot of electricity and some people choose not to use it. PET-FRIENDLY HOME Bring your furry friends along for an exciting vacation. They'll get to enjoy and run around the spacious backyard while you relax in the backyard. We have an additional fee for the pet which is $100 per pet. To maintain the quality of the pool, we have our pool guy scheduled for pool maintenance on MONDAY & THURSDAY, though these days are still subject to weather conditions. Quiet time starts at 10pm out of respect for the neighbors as this is a quiet community – No parties or loud guests will be tolerated. Smoking is allowed outside ONLY Check-in is 3pm and Check-out is 10am. You can self-check-in any time after 3pm with a code. Early check-in and late checkout maybe available for a fee.
