Hampton Inn & Suites Ft. Lauderdale Airport/South Cruise Port

Very nice hotel, clean. Lots of food options near it, near rt 95, TONS of outlets/USB ports in room (Always a plus). Breakfast was good. Would definitely stay again

The staff is friendly and helpful. The pool is clean. The airport shuttle is prompt. The location is good. I did not have a rental car so it was important for me to be able to walk to stores and food and there are plenty nearby.

Breakfast was fair, not great. We didn't park. The shuttle from the airport took TWO HOURS and the driver and dispatchers were rude. There was a mixup with the shuttle to the cruise ship, and again the desk clerk as rude and not helpful. I will not stay here again, amd Hampton/Hilton is usually my choice. The evening clerk (Madison) was very nice and helpful. She helped us choose a dinner location and was very pleasant.

Room is extremely old and dirty, almost missed Breakfast at 9:00, the floors in the room we’re discussing, feet were filthy after 2 minutes. Will not be staying here again, and do not recommend this hotel!!!

The hotel was in rough shape for a Hampton Inn. Our TV did not work the first night and the promised assistance did not materialize. A tech was able to address the problem the second day. The bathroom door would not close unless it was slammed and the tub had missing coating in some places and solidified drips of the coating in other places.

All oof the staff were friendly and welcoming, answered all questions. The breakfast is TOP NOTCH best hotel breakfast I've had in a while (and it's my non-negotiable for a hotel). 24/7 coffee bar available and a snack hut. Pool was clean and they provide towels nice sun/shade coverage available. The location was also excellent as there is plenty to do around and so many food options as well! Will be staying again!

Great team, really kind and helpful. Room are somehow not very clean and worn out.

Clean, quiet and within walking distance to restaurants and shops.
