Never was told that reception closed and reopen until 8:30am, so if you need to check out nobody knows that the room was in good conditions afyer you leave, and you will not be charged for anything. Never told that breakfast was in a different place than the Hotel like a mile and a half away and if you don’t have car gotta walk or order an uber. The girls at reception weren’t e but need to let customers know this very important details.

Price for parking was different at site, breakfast was extremely horrible and dirty conditions, not worth price never staying in any of their properties

Layout of room was very inefficient. Extremely small bedroom... had to go thru closet to get to bathroom. Our daughter in living room had to knock on the tiny/miniature bedroom to get to the bathroom. Bathroom was outdated, really needs remodeling. Very clean and no bad smell that's to air freshener plugs in the bathroom and living room. Breakfast was decent... far from room and the lady helping guests seemed annoyed... lots of people for another extremely tiny room woth food, you had to swipe your room card to get Breakfast

They charge a large amount for parking and it’s a long walk to where you’re staying in. The room is very small no window view or anything. The room was not so clean.

This place was immaculate!! The room smelled good, the sheets were clean, the floors were shiny!! Highly recommend!!

Its outdated, everything smells funny, even the lobby. I didn't feel comfortable in there and decided to leave this place and not stay there.

Absolutely terrible experience. The place was extremely dirty and clearly not properly cleaned before our arrival. The shower walls had broken pieces and looked poorly maintained, and the bathroom doors were covered in dirt and grime. It honestly felt very unhygienic and uncomfortable to even use the bathroom. For the price we paid, this was completely unacceptable. The property needs serious maintenance and proper cleaning. I would definitely not stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone.

Our room does not have ability to open the window. It was clean and one minute from the beach. There are 4 different pools, so everybody can find the place to swim. Breakfast is simple and place for it is nice, but it outside only, so wish you a good weather!
