We booked via trip.com as a family of 3 which was also mentioned on the booking confirmation. Upon arrival we got a room with 1 bed and I had to upgrade to a room 50% more expensive. No discussion was possible about it,. Location: very good, ＜5 minutes walking from the beach. Hygiene: floor was extremely sticky and windows so dirty one can hardly see through. Breakfast was included in the price, which is nice, but do not expect much, expect for a nicely decorated outside breakfast area. Service fee for 2 nights is 40$ , this is not transparent when you book on trip.com

So bad!! They charged me a pre authorization fee and wouldn’t let me pay over the phone for my manager that I needed to have stay there! They are a bunch of crooks!

To start, the woman at the front desk was already rude when we arrived. After receiving our key and entering the room, we immediately noticed an unpleasant smell. The room was not clean—there were food stains on the refrigerator and walls, the bathroom floorboard was coming loose, the bathtub floor was peeling, and there were unexplained holes in the walls near the cabinets. The floors were also very dirty and looked like they had not been properly swept. We felt extremely uncomfortable staying there, and the room looked nothing like the photos advertised online. Don’t be fooled by the pictures or some of the reviews. Based on our experience, the cleanliness was not as represented. Additionally, nowhere in the listing did we see that the reservation was non-refundable. Because of the condition of the room, we chose not to stay, but we were still denied a refund. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend staying here.

Hands down the worst trip experience ever. We were running late but managed to arrive for the 4pm check in time only to loose what was left of the day trying to do the check in. Finally around 8 o clock, we got the room with a key that didn’t function resulting in having to go back to the office. Once we got the room, we dropped our things off and ran to enjoy a little bit of the beach atleast as it was my spouses birthday that day. When we got back to the room and actually inspected it, we found roach dropping. stains on the sheets. Water that was tinted brownish when the hot water was first cut on but nonetheless, we were so exhausted that we just tried to go to bed. Around 2:30am, a lovely American roach, the size of half of a dollar flying around. After turning on every light to make sure there wasn’t another on and getting back in that nasty bed, I heard a faint buzzing. With the anxiety of not wanting to cuddle up with roach and my spouse, I cut the lights on and lo and behold. ANOTHER DAMN ROACH. Rooms with icky with the signs of infestation and lack of detailed cleaning. Service is slow and useless. overall terrible stay, topping my previous stay that was also unpleasant. Think twice before booking with these people. Trip my revolve more around dealing with issues from them rather than enjoying the free time you worked towards enjoying.
