Quality Inn & Suites Airport - Cruise Port Hollywood

Nice stay

Property is kind of old, but clean. Biggest issue was the very noisy street directly in front of the property...all night cars and motorcycles screaming by.

Clerk would not accept my reservation made with a virtual charge card. Insisted on charging me again and said he would remove other charge.

Overnight staff great. Morning black girl who takes over comes off lazy and basic. Got the suite for the jetted hot tub. Wasnt worth it. Looked dirty and unappealing in person and the a/c unit didnt circulate just made in front of the sink area cold

Surprising for a Quality Inn. Felt really sketchy. External entrances to all the rooms, card-locks and a security chain. The rooms were clean but very worn and sparse. My room had laminate floors (which helped with cleanliness), an old fake leather couch and a jacuzzi but that all made it feel creepy not comfortable.

The hotel was clean and the staff was helpful; however, the atmosphere didn’t feel very family-oriented. There were some individuals around the property that made us feel uncomfortable during our stay.
