Downtown Hollywood Gardens Inn & Suites

The hotel charged a $40 service fee that was not listed on the Trip website. The rooms at the end of the hallways have a strong odor. The rooms have connecting doors to other rooms, which caused discomfort. There’s no coffee maker or enough toiletries in the bathroom. The location is not good, and there’s no breakfast or shuttle service. For the price, it’s not worth it.

Stayed for one night to catch a flight out of the country. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. It is 10 mins from the airport. Parking could be improved.

No trash cans in a room or in bathroom, no mirrow in a bathroom. Huge bug been found infront of the bathroom door. Rooms are not being cleaned every day. Smell of smoke in the room.

This place was AWFUL!!! Dirty, outdated, and full of disrespectful people that are living there, BLARING their music ALL hours of the night. They woke my 5 year old up at 5:30 in the morning with the unbelievably loud music. The pool was disgusting... full of random things floating in it. Not in a good area. I paid over $300 for this room for one night, and have never been so scared to stay overnight in a hotel.
