What a hidden little gem!!! I exchanged into this resort through my timeshare... Why was I pleasantly surprised!!! There were four of us girls in the group, we had a one bedroom condo with a full kitchen and a Murphy bed in the living room. Amazing views! And steps from the beach! One free parking spot.

The only thing good about this "resort" is the location. SO TINY. Slept on a murphy bed- when it was out you could not walk to the bathroom. TINY little"Studio" We left the resort two days early and paid out of pocket for another place

lf possible, try for the east building Second floor. Great balcony, views and privacy. We were lucky to get room 11 for the week of 4th of July. I grew up in the area and had the best time revisiting Le Tub, Opa, the Broadwalk activities and experienced 4th of July fireworks on the beach. The accommodations were great. Service was friendly and accommodating. We had everything we needed at our fingertips whether we chose to eat in or dine out. We even did a half day drift boat fishing trip 3 minutes away. Can't say enough good things about our week at Hollywood Sands Beach Resort. I will be back with my family and recommend it highly.

They offer 1 parking spot and that is great, parking by the boardwalk is expensive $20 per 4 hours and more I’m not sure why RCI wasn’t able to get a better room as the one we were in was a corner unit and very small but worked for 2 people, this was a 1 bed room and it did have a Murphy bed that went down took up most of the living room

We were able to check in early, most accommodating and courteous front desk staff. Our unit was clean and bright with lots of windows to look out at our amazing view. Just a few steps to the most gorgeous beach which we enjoyed immensely despite some wind & rain.
