Free airport shuttle was a plus. Front desk clerks, Danny and Eva were excellent. They were polite, pleasant and efficient. Room was a little jaded but it was O.K. Location was good with eateries nearby Overall, we are happy with our 2 night pre-cruise stay.

Faulty elevator. Bed sheets and towels are looks like a rag, doesn’t look like white anymore. Phone is not working. Reception is not helpful enough. No water for the coffee. Noisy aircon. That’s all.

Got their checked in elevators never work got to the room was no fridge no coffee cup to make the coffee plus it had insect infestation not a good look looking to get back some of my money from spending two days walking 10 flights of stairs up and down every time I needed something no ice only on the ground floor. Wow..

The hotel is close to the airport, about a 15-minute drive without traffic. Airport shuttle service is available, but advance booking and phone notification are required. Breakfast is average; there are many restaurants near the hotel. It's about a 30-minute walk to Sawglass Outlet Mall. The room has a small refrigerator and microwave. The air conditioner is very noisy, and the hot air makes the room very dry. Overall, it's okay.
