We really liked Beach Tide. A minute walk from the Broadwalk and beach. It’s in a quieter section toward the northern extremity of the Broadwalk. The unit was fairly spacious with all the necessary items for a pleasant stay. The beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels were an awesome bonus. There is a good restaurant and convenience store one block away. Even if there is no permanent on-site staff, Mila is very responsive when you text. She did all she could to make our stay enjoyable. For those looking for a beach getaway this place really does the job. Hope to be back !

Everything about this cozy place to stay exceeded our expectations. Firstly we have to commend Mila for her friendly service. After long consideration we choose this place because Mila was the only person who was always reachable on the phone or fast to answer emails which gave us a very secure feeling. The location is perfect, next to the beach with free parking. Apartments are very well kept with everything you need to include beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella. We had a excellent stay and look forward to return.

We had the pleasure to spend our mini-vacations at the Beach Tide Motel for a couple of days, we had a clean, very spacious and freshly painted room, the kitchen has all the essentials and the best part is that the motel is located in a quiet area and is literally 2 minutes walk from the beach. We will definitely come back!

i have been staying at the Beach Tide for 10 years. New owner as of 2022-2023..The new owner overbooked. I made a reservation for 2 weeks and i gave dates for the two weeks that i would be there. At the last minute owner changed the dates. I was only able to use one week only and had to make other arrangements for the other week. When I got to the motel i had the bottom room reserved ...Owner tried to put me upstairs. I am handicap and i do not do stairs that good. After a lot of BS i stayed on the first floor. I spoke to others that are staying here and they did have the same problem. the owner quotes one price and than depending on how she feel she ups the price. this is my last year staying here. So beware when you make a reservation....get a written conformation dates, price and first floor or second. Owners are taking advantage of the customers.

Perfect location just steps from the beach. Very well located at parking at no extra cost. Common exterior space with bbq, washer & dryer. Our room was very clean with all necessities. Fridge with freezer. King size bed with all bed sheets. Shower with towels. Kitchen with stove. Coffee maked, microwave, toaster with all utensiles to cook. Just hang your clothes and enjoy beautiful Hollywood Beach. Location is clean and well taken care of from inside and outside. TV with WiFi included. Manager is super nice and speaks both English and French. Beach is clean and nice to enjoy beautiful weather and ocean. No hustle at our location compare to further down where it gets more crowded and busy. Small reataurant just beside with nice drinks ( no glass drinks allowed on beach). We stayed for 6 days and planning to come back, rest assured because we had very pleasant and relaxing vacation.

Todo, la ubicación, esta a pasos de la playa ,la limpieza de las habitaciones, la comodidad de contar con accesorios de playa, como sillas, sombrillas. La disposición dr contar con parqueo en la misma propirda, y muy seguro, la incondicional de los administradores en atender nuestros requerimientos y por eso lo elegimos desde hace varios años. El equipamiento de la cocina muy completo y de buena calidad.

El departamento es excelente, amplio , la ubicación a una cuadra de la playa, todo limpio, muy completo !! Sillas y toallas para la playa, yo alquile auto porque elegí estar en un lugar tranquilo , supermercados muy cerca. Y los mall y lugares turísticos están a 20 o 30 min . Para los que buscan un lugar Impecable y tranquilo. Totalmente recomendable
