The huge kitchen, overlooking the living room and the dining room, has quartz countertops and a large kitchen island. There is 1 bedroom on the main level that has a twin day bed/trundle. The half bathroom is on this level as well. Head upstairs via the stairs or the elevator and you'll find 3 additional bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The spacious primary bedroom has its own ensuite with double vanities and a step-in shower. Bedroom 3 and 4 share the hallway bathroom with a shower/tub combo. All three bedrooms on the 3rd floor have king-size beds for plenty of comfort and relaxation. Outside you will find a secluded backyard with a pool and plenty of seating. After a day at the beach, come back, rinse off in the outdoor shower and relax poolside. There's a gas grill for you to grill for your entire party.
