Gorgeous Home Short Distance to White Sandy Beach, Heated Pool and Spa, Elevator

Great location ... close to many stores and beach . Property manager was responsive and helpful . Could have been cleaned a little better .

Great location but needs cleaning Stayed here for two weeks. I’ll start with the positives: close to beach, shops and restaurants; great view of the ocean; pool was nice; and manager was responsive. Now for the negatives. First the place was filthy. Doesn’t appear to have had a deep clean in years (earlier reviews attest to this). There was built-up dust and dirt on the moldings and window frames. Plus it wasn’t cleaned properly. For example, master bathroom didn’t even appear to have been cleaned - mirror spots, faucet wasn’t wiped down, toothpaste in sink, drain catch had debris, shower glass was spotty, hairs in the shower, mold on shower head, counter dirty, hair on floor. Just gross. Floors all over house were dirty, appliances hadn’t been wiped down. You get the picture. We called the manager the day we arrived and he was apologetic and sent the cleaner the next day. However after hours of cleaning, it was apparent he didn’t know basic housecleaning. My spouse and I cleaned the place ourselves. The second negative is that the place was rundown and tired. Some examples: Couch was stained, chaise lounge by pool broken, bathroom floor tile and grout chipping/missing (and appears to have been this way for quite awhile - I see this in earlier reviews). This could be a great property just needs some upkeep and attention. We can’t wait to come back to Anna Maria Island, just not this place.

Great place near the beach! The property was awesome! Loved the different levels and having an ocean view! You can walk to restaurants and shopping. Easy drive to other favorite spots. The space was awesome. Our only complaint would be the bed in master bedroom... mattress is way too soft. My husband and I had daily back pain because of it. I'd recommend the owner get a more "middle of the road: mattress... not too soft, not too firm :) Other than that, we loved this property!!
