I drove here from Ireland and just wanted to rest for one night. The hotel was very convenient, with a large supermarket and a gas station nearby.

The twin bed booked was actually a double bed and a sofa bed!

Love staying at this hotel Andrea in dining always wonderful at breakfast just hate the booking in machine other than that staff are very good Thankyou Andrea from the family !

Lovely quiet stay which is what my mum and I needed. Staff were friendly and helpful especially Andrea (breakfast and reception) who was very professional and polite with everything she done. This lady is a credit to your company as was Rhys the Chef.

Rooms were amazing and clean, I usually stay in high class hotels but was stuck when the ferry let me down. It’s actually great place, good bar staff were lovely and rooms top notch, will stay again and save a fortune compared to the rest in Menai bridge I usually go. Thank you so much for the lovely stay guys

I stayed the night at this hotel was very clean an tidy room was comfortable and the staff where very welcoming an friendly specially a young lady named georgia lee who was very helpful an made my visit more enjoyable an waa very helpful as i needed extra things for my room she an asset to your hotel team. Will definitley be returning.

The entire stay was a delight. I had seen comments about the state of the buildings render outside however, although this may make the building look less than desirable, it most certainly doesn't affect one's stay. It's clearly a design failure due to the local climate. The staff inside the hotel definitely make up for the outside. They are proud of their hotel and go to the extreme to make one feel welcomed and comfortable. My experience in the hotel and service industry makes me a fair judge, and I can personally recommend this hotel and nominate it as one of the best Premier Inn’s in the country. J.T

We had a lovely experience here this evening, my waitress hayley was freidly and efficient, helping me with my 4 children. The food came out quick, hot and very tasty.

What a great experience eating today Chef wings was an absolute diamond of an experience. The food was delicious well presented and tasty Hayley who served us topped the whole experience . Thank you everyone for making our stay exceptional. Carol and John.

All staff members was very friendly and welcoming room was lovely breakfast was very nice too the only downside was at breakfast there was only one chef and waitress who was doing everything so needs more staff especially during the holidays.

Every year, I stay at the Premier Inn Holyhead, and it has become my regular stopover. It's very convenient for me because I take the ferry to Dublin the following morning. The hotel is only about five minutes from the port, which means I can get a good night's sleep before catching the first ferry at 7:30 a.m., with check-in opening at 6:00 a.m. The hotel is quiet, the beds are extremely comfortable, and I always sleep very well there. I can also have dinner from 7:00 p.m. by booking a table in advance, which suits me perfectly. Another big advantage is that I can leave my coach safely at the end of the cul-de-sac, next to the delivery area. That's a real bonus and makes my stopover much easier. The staff are always friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I sometimes have to ask you to repeat yourselves—please forgive me for that—I occasionally struggle with the speed of your speech and the local accent! Then again, I imagine you have to listen just as carefully to understand my rusty English! Thanks a lot, folks! See you again next year.

We found the hotel quiet. Our room was clean, well appointed and perfectly dark to sleep. The staff was really was really pleasant and attentive. The location was perfect , close to Trearddur Bay.

Chose this location as it was convenient for a morning ferry without getting up too early! The ferry port was only a five minute drive away. Good choice of menu for the evening and breakfast was very good with plenty to choose from.

Rooms are kept clean and are spacious. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Would stay here again
