The twin bed booked was actually a double bed and a sofa bed!

One of our favourite hotels to stay! Absolutely Spotless lovely rooms with everything you need in them, super friendly staff and great food, our breakfast was lovely, plenty of choice of everything and as much as you want. The beds and bedding/pillows are amazing, so comfy!

Stayed here over night on a works call, got in and was welcomed by a lovely gentlemen called Matthew he was very helpful and polite, I had a meal in the restaurant my server was Jessica h and she was very helpful nothing was to much trouble for her! Thank you all at the hotel for a lovely stay the rooms were spotless and we had a lovely barman I believe his name was Jack thank you again I look forward to returning

I regularly stay here for business. You know what you get and that includes good service. Nothing is too much bother for the staff but there’s a special mention for Jessica H here- thank-you for ensuring that I had a hearty mixed grill. Excellent work m’lady, thank-you!

Great location for the ferry and overall a nice clean hotel and very polite staff, my issue was the noise all night from what seemed to be a generator running the air con, we were on the 3rd floor which was the top and all night the noise was terrible if you can imagine the noise a refrigerator lorry makes it was like that but 10 times worse, I had taken a sleeping tablet and they didn’t help, not a good experience as had to get up to catch the ferry, I would stay again just on the ground floor

Perfect night sleep after getting off the late ferry. Great spot very near the port. Very quick checkin. Clean, tidy and quiet room. Lovely breakfast in the morning. Didn't need to rush in the morning to get on the road to London. Nice later checkout. Perfect family room. Very happy!

Had an amazing breakfast on Friday. Mushrooms were perfect. Presentation was was imacculate. Tables where cleaned before we sat down , And I want to thank the chef Tracy for making me poached eggs and scrambled eggs as I'm fussy like that, when she was very busy.

A lovely hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The location was perfect, just off the A55 main road into Holyhead. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the shower was good. We had the unlimited breakfast, which was cooked well, staff were happy to make my bacon crispier for me, which was much appreciated. We had a couple of drinks in the bar in the evening, prices were reasonable and there was a broad choice on offer. I would definitely stay here again.

Thank you for upping your game! Excellent overnight stay on the way back from Dublin. Comfy bed, lovely pillows and nice linen. Spotless bathroom with very nice Bayliss and Harding body and hair wash. Thoroughly recommend and by the way the breakfast was great too!

from arriving the girl on reception was very helpful with all of our questions and arrangements regarding evening meal with a larger group to arrive afterwards. all the staff were very friendly and our waiter (ben) was exceptional, literally couldn’t do enough for all our party during evening meal

Jessica H provided the best service was super friendly and attentive. I really enjoyed my stay. She made sure everything we wanted or needed we had. I will definitely be back to receive this service again and highly recommend this to my friends and family to visit.

Just been to an event at the racing circuit on Anglesey for the weekend and used this hotel. Everything was spot on and the staff couldn’t do enough - especially Ben. He went above and beyond to cater for our needs. Nothing was too much trouble. Thanks Ben 👍

Travelled to Anglesey on photography trip, stayed for 2 nights, service was friendly and helpful, bed was very comfortable and the food was reasonably priced and very tasty had breakfast and dinner on both days, the breakfast was a help yourself, so had a good portion of bacon sausage and eggs, Black pudding, followed by 2 cups of coffee which you help yourself from the machine, the coffee was as good as any coffee shop so that was a bonus, very nice and set us up for a long day, finished the day off with an evening meal and couple of pints. would definitely recommend.

Staff from reception to waiting on staff were excellent. Always smiling. Our waitress was Tess T. A very enjoyable meal cooked and presented with joy. Our room was clean and comfortable. Our view from the window portrayed parts of the island, beautiful. Will return again soon.
