The cottage is fully furnished, equipped with a full kitchen (with 4-burner Stove/Oven, Fridge/Freezer, Microwave, coffee maker, Gas Bbq), spacious living room (with a DVD player for family movie night, 39” flat-screen satellite TV, Propane fireplace), and a spacious 4-piece bathroom made for sharing. Additionally, all linen and towels will be provided. All guests will have access to the 70 acres of magnificent landscape, 2,400 feet of lakefront, a dam, rapids, and a river on the property! Get out on the water and boat through 31 miles of navigable waterways from Ahmic Harbour to Burk's Falls. Have a blast fishing in rivers filled with pike, bass, pickerel and other angler favourites! Grab your bathing suit and swim at our lovely, protected beach. Hike into the surrounding forest, and discover picturesque views. Situated by the beautiful Magnetawan River,my loft is a relatively open concept 2 bedroom 1 bathroom with a large balcony overlooking the river. The loft is situated on top of a garage that is not in use, it is a private building with anyone booking a stay being the only occupants. In the summer time, the river is great for swimming, fishing or boating in. If jumping off a dock for a swim isn't for you, there is a beach 3 mins away that is well kept and shallow for the first few hundred feet as well as two boat launch ramps. At night you can enjoy having a nice fire in the firepit located right beside the house and BBQ on the provided grill. During the winter, the snowmobile trails are relatively close by and winter activities are usually going on in the area.
