They offer two types of accommodations: rooms in the main building and individual villas on the tea mountain. Nestled in the mountains, the surroundings are beautiful, with a small stream running right by the property. It's perfect for a weekend getaway for families from nearby areas. Guests can enjoy a Mahjong room, BBQ facilities, and karaoke.

GGuest UserThe boss is very good! Free to give us a floor, and we can take the bucket and shovel to play. The point is that the environment is super good, very clean, the door is fragrant, you can see the super beautiful sea view outside the window, and when you come back, you can't get a taxi and help us arrange a car. The only pity is that I am too sleepy and didn’t eat breakfast. I will definitely eat it next time.

GGuest UserThe housekeeper Zhuzhu contacted us and added WeChat one day in advance. When the car drove over, I saw her waving and saying hello from a distance, which made me feel very friendly. Xipo is a homestay brand that I have coveted for a long time. This time, because I was traveling with 7 family members, young and old, I was particularly worried about stepping on thunder, so I carefully looked through the comments. Xipo Xiangshan had almost zero negative reviews. After arriving at the store, I was sure that the choice was correct. If you pursue luxury brands, this may not be suitable. If you want to lie down and rest quietly, away from the hustle and bustle, then come to Xipo. More than a dozen guest rooms are divided into three courtyards, each with an independent living room (dining room, kitchen), and the sanitary conditions are comparable to those of a five-star hotel. The toiletries are Lelabo, the kettle is Smeg, the towels are white and soft, the floor heating is preheated in advance, and the quilt is dry and loose. The auntie made breakfast, which was simple and beautiful. I stayed for 2 nights in a row. I tasted Xiangshan seafood noodles on the first day and fried rice cakes on the second day. The white porridge, eggs, sweet potatoes, side dishes, bacon and sausages on the table were all refreshing. The housekeeper Zhuzhu also enthusiastically recommended restaurants and travel routes for food around the B&B, which made our trip to Xiangshan a perfect ending. Thank you Zhuzhu for your company for 2 days, and I look forward to checking in other parts of the West Slope.

GGuest UserThe location of the homestay is good, built by the mountains and the sea, close to various scenic spots, there is a large yard at the door, there are public areas on each floor, the rooms are clean and hygienic, and the first thing is to go out and stay. Secondly, the service and meals are all done well. Come back with your parents next time.

AAnonymous UserThe front desk upgraded my room for free. The room was newly decorated and the toilet was automatic, which was nice. The view from the balcony was beautiful and the sea was very blue. The next morning, the lady boss even cooked seafood noodles for me. They were quite delicious. The lady boss was very thoughtful.

GGuest UserThe architectural style of the guesthouse is actually quite good for the local area. However, in terms of hygiene and professionalism, the price is inflated.
Although it was mentioned in advance that the front desk service wasn't 24-hour, the service was already halved. In such an inconvenient location, a suite priced at 1200 RMB is unreasonable compared to a double room priced at 500 RMB, especially considering it's off-season. We couldn't find a hairdryer at night, and when we called around 11 PM, no one answered. Of course, the staff were friendly. The next day, when we changed rooms, there was a huge spider, and they only brought a fly swatter. We wanted to change rooms, but they said there were no rooms of the same type available, and communication was difficult. They could only show us smaller rooms. Normally, hotels would upgrade or change rooms. The eggs for breakfast were moldy, and when they were reheated, the oil was raw. The third time we fried an egg… they didn't provide any seasonings (like soy sauce and salt; they might have provided them if we asked, but we were tired of asking). Now you know why we were so dissatisfied with the service.

JJoanna_SsssFacilities: Although the sparrow is small and well-equipped, there is a gym pool, billiard room, I think it is a hotel that is standard for Holiday inn, but better than Holiday inn.
Location: 30 minutes drive from Shipu. In the quiet location in Sizhoutou Town, there is a gym tennis court nearby. There is a market on Sunday that will be a bit noisy. But if you choose a room facing the yard, you can't hear the sound of the street. There is a noodle shop next to it.
Spares: It is balmain's care. The last time I lived in the place where balmain was washed, it was Sanya Grand Hyatt. The towels were also very thick. The details were in place.
Pet friendly: I chose this place because I took the dog. The hotel has a large backyard for walking the dog.
Service: I added the hotel WeChat and was responsive. I stayed for two nights. It coincided with the off-season of travel. I also specially adjusted the meal time to match our time of going out. The meal was cooked with seafood noodles.
In short, it was a great value for money stay experience
Next time I go to Xiangshan, I will choose this hotel.

The boss was super caring. Today, he deliberately drove us back to the hotel. I thought I had to find the way by myself, but I saved a lot of things. I also talked to us a lot of local funs along the way, which was very kind. The proprietress is even more enthusiastic. From the beginning of the stay, she helped us recommend the delicious and fun surroundings. The details are particularly thoughtful and feel as comfortable as at a friend's house.
And I found that the people here in Ningbo are very kind, whether it is asking for directions or small talk, everyone is very polite. The environment of the homestay has to be praised, clean and tidy, not to mention, the layout is also particularly lifelike, and the living is particularly practical.
