AAF2KFantastic location with great time view. Small waterfall creates this white noise that is perfect to sleep to. Dan Li (sorry if I misspelled) was extremely helpful to arrange our transfers to and from the Furong train station as well as giving us directions on places to see and the activities in the town. Highly recommended if you are ever in Furong!

GGuest UserOn arrival at Fenghuang, hotel send car for free transfer to hotel. Instructions are to go to the right of about 80m from exit to car parking. I sent a photo to hotel owner prior. The driver recognised us and took us to the hotel.
Room is clean and bed was comfortable for the price we paid for 1 night. Hotel is very close to the scenic sights.
Owner very helpful and gave us tea when we came back to the hotel after sightseeing. There were bowls of mandarins to eat as well.
Arranged for pick up the next morning to return to train station at a cost of 20yuan. Can get cheaper via DiDi. We needed a bigger car for all our luggages so more convenient for this arrangement.
Yes, if u r not too fuss and not expecting a 5 stars arrangement, this can be a good place to stay for a night.

AAnonymous UserThis hotel is four stories high, facing the road in the front and a river in the back. The design is very well thought out. Although there's no elevator, the main entrance and activity areas like the restaurant are on the second floor. So, you either go down one floor or up a maximum of two floors to reach your room – no elevator needed at all! The basement is a work area, and the sub-basement is a vegetable garden where the owner grows lots of fresh, organic vegetables, harvested and cooked on the spot for an authentic taste. 😋
The stay was fantastic. The bedding was comfortable, and the owner made breakfast according to guests' preferences. The view is unbeatable, offering 24-hour river views. They were incredibly kind to children; they even took my little one to collect goose eggs, an experience I've never had myself – I was so jealous of my child! It's also very close to Furong Ancient Town, just a short walk away, and super friendly for self-driving travelers with over 10 spacious, proper parking spots right at the entrance. 👍 Excellent value for money, highly recommended!

GGuest UserThis guesthouse is indeed quite nice. The location is excellent, nestled against the mountains and near the water. Even better, it's close to the scenic area; the ticket gate is only about two minutes away, and the main waterfall is about six minutes away – super nice! You can clearly see the night view of the Tuwang Bridge in the ancient town, making it very convenient. In the evening, the distant mountains, the lit-up lights, and the stilted houses all come together, creating a very pleasant scene. The courtyard is elegantly decorated, with well-arranged greenery, and the lighting is not glaring. The swing and lounge chairs are comfortable, perfect for quietly enjoying the night view.
The cleanliness is excellent. The public areas are spotless, the terrace is dust-free, and the plants are neatly arranged. Mosquito control measures are very good; mosquito repellent is used in the courtyard, and there are electric mosquito coils in the rooms, keeping mosquitoes away. The bedding in the guest rooms is clean and smooth, feeling fresh to the touch and providing a comfortable sleeping experience.
The service is very attentive, the owner is very welcoming, and any problems are resolved promptly – quite reliable. Perfect for those looking for peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle. Comfortable to stay in, definitely worth a try! Highly recommended! 👍👍👍

MMariia E.This is a very simple hotel, but there is all you need for a night in Furong. I failed to communicate with the landlord via Wechat before my check-in. The landlady is very friendly and managed to drive me to the railway station so I hadn't to take a taxi. Thank you so much!

PPoonie TiengtrongI booked here for a night to explore Furong ancient town. The hotel is located right into the old city and just close to main attractions. On top of everything, the hotel is located with a magnificent view of Waterfall. The view from the room is very picturesque.
The hotel also offered complimentary free pick up and drop-off. The staff and owner are very friendly and generous and they helped you as much as you can.
The locations are closed to local restaurants, snack and coffee shops.
Highly recommended.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is one of the highlights of our trip in Zhangjiajie, we’re glad to have chosen this one for 3 nights :
- location is near the middle gate (Zimugang), far from tourists/tour groups crowds, we were there early April and there was no queue at all, perfect if you have kids
It takes a short 15 minutes walk to reach the gate from the hotel.
Also a short 10-15 minutes Didi ride to Wulinyuan district if you want to eat in the main village, or from the South Gate if you want to start/finish the day with the Golden Whip stream
- owners are very very nice and helpful, they arranged to pick us up from yongding district (around 45 min drive), and helped us book tickets for attractions.
We contacted them through Trip couple of days before we got there and they helped us book the entry to the park (valid for 4 days, we chose the option with unlimited cable car and Bailong elevators rides which they offered at a great price)
- breakfast has decent options, they can also cook fresh noodle soups on the spot upon request
- the best part for us was the hotel nestled among the mountains : view from the room or from the breakfast terrace is exceptional with majestic mountains as your backdrop
- the room itself was also amazing, excellent value for money :

equipped with the Chinese version of Alexa which was great entertainment for the kids,
Very spacious,
The bonus bathtub next to the window to ask in a relaxing bath after a long day of walk
And again the view from our room was incredible !!!
We will definitely come back to this hotel if we come back to Zhangjiajie, can’t recommend enough !!
