GGuest UserI booked this hotel over a month in advance, just to stay at a place that had been on my favorites list. It was absolutely blissful and satisfying! **Location:** The hotel is right near Baisha Ancient Town, but it's not nestled among a bunch of other buildings. The view from the rooms is completely open green space, with Jade Dragon Snow Mountain in the distance, totally unobstructed. **Service:** After checking in, the hotel butler created a service chat group, sent us important notes, and even met us at the hotel entrance in advance. Our luggage was taken to our room, and for check-out, they proactively came to our room to pick up our bags. Coffee, milk, and juice are available all day, unlimited, for guests. On the day we arrived, they provided afternoon tea with special snacks, coffee, a fruit platter, and cake. The mini-fridge in the room also had drinks. Breakfast was so extensive that my son said, ”Mom, we don't need to go out to eat anymore!” We pretty much felt pampered with food the entire stay. When we checked out, the lovely manager even packed coffee for us to take away. Since it was Chinese New Year's Eve, the owner even put on a *huge* fireworks display! Plus, every single staff member greeted us with a smile, which was incredibly comforting. **Facilities:** Kohler bathroom fixtures, a large bathtub, Marshall speakers, smart toilet, Dyson hairdryer, and Acqua di Parma toiletries are all standard. The hygiene was excellent, with bath towels and slippers neatly packaged in bags. The public areas of the hotel have various amenities perfect for relaxing. The hotel's different spots are just as good, if not better, than many popular 'influencer' spots outside, creating a wonderful atmosphere and making it very easy to take great photos. There's also a super cute Samoyed at the hotel!

SSteven PorterWe had decided on Baisha Ancient Town as our first stop on the way to Meili Mountain over the Christmas break and I am so glad we did. Our host kindly picked us up from Lijiang airport and drove us to the Hotel. As we drove through the narrow streets and alleyways to our accommodation I knew we had made the right decision. The area is stunning and has a real authentic feeling to it. We were greeted by very welcoming staff and check in was super swift with us being shown to our room in just a few minutes. The Room: spotlessly clean with plenty of space, huge TV, bottled water as well as Tea/Coffee making facilities. The Bathroom: Also spotless and with excellent toiletries, huge towels and hand towels. The Beds: Firm and comfortable which led to a great sleep each night. Breakfast was a choice of French Toast with some fruit or Local Rice Noodles. Also each morning we had some steamed vegetables; sweetcorn and sweet potato. Tea and coffee were also available (great Cappuccino). Our hosts were happy to give us recommendations for places to eat nearby as well as the best local places to view the mountains and other local villages to visit. They also helped us arrange a driver to our next destination. The hotel has a little bar at reception and this provided a welcome place for us to relax with a drink after a day out exploring. Sitting by the fire relaxing after a day out was wonderful. I can highly recommend this little Hotel and will definitely stay here when I next visit. Baisha is stunning in winter so I can only imagine it will be very beautiful in summer.

YYunduodelvtuI specifically chose this hotel to see the sunrise over the snow-capped mountains from bed. The service was excellent, with a 24-hour butler. The room offered a 180-degree view directly facing Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, and the courtyard was spacious, with photo-op decorations on the rooftop. The ambiance was absolutely stunning. The room was equipped with a humidifier and heater, and afternoon tea was provided. Breakfast was served as a set menu, and the rice noodles were incredibly delicious. The most delightful surprise was Sanjin, who was adorable and incredibly well-behaved. Sanjin greeted guests politely, allowed cuddles, and even licked hands enthusiastically. Truly a sweetheart!

GGuest UserHaving been to Dali, I have a good idea of what a 'home away from home' B&B feels like, but this one still managed to pleasantly surprise me. You can watch the sunrise over the snowy peaks right from your room, the lobby offers specialty milk tea and fruit tea, and transportation is covered with a car pick-up and drop-off service. In the evenings, there's a bonfire party and fireworks, plus a fun complimentary horse ride by Longnv Lake. For meals, you only need to order one main dish, as hotpot and drinks are all free. The 24-hour service via WeChat group is incredibly meticulous, and there's a generous afternoon tea spread and a well-stocked mini-bar. All the staff are incredibly warm and friendly. I rarely stay at the same hotel or B&B twice, but this place is definitely worth revisiting. Of course, I do have a small suggestion: the content on the 'Xiao Du Video' TV needs updating as it's quite old, and it's not compatible with mainstream platforms like Tencent or iQiyi, meaning you have to cast content from your phone daily. For someone who likes to turn on the TV as soon as they wake up while traveling, this isn't very convenient. I hope this can be improved in a future update or a renovation of the first phase. However, this is a minor flaw that doesn't detract from the overall experience, and it still deserves a five-star rating and a big thumbs-up!

GGuest UserNestled north of Lijiang, at the foot of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, stands an old house that, after seven years of meticulous renovation by its owner, has been transformed into a luxury guesthouse. The owner personally carried bricks and tiles, while a design team from Tsinghua University's architecture department oversaw the project, embedding the Naxi people's understanding of beauty and the soul of their spiritual home into every crevice of the walls. No matter which window you open, you're greeted with a view of the ancient, majestic snow-capped mountain, as if it's been brought right into the lively space. The design and details within the rooms reflect the owner's thoughtful touch and aesthetic sense. The amenities are excellent, with underfloor heating in winter and cool breezes in summer, making it a perfect retreat year-round. Whether you're relaxing in your room, enjoying tea and a book, or venturing out for a horse ride or hike to Yuhu Lake for some fresh air and mushroom foraging in the woods, it's all about savoring slow living. The high-altitude winds effortlessly sweep away any urban worries you might have brought with you. At every turn, the designer has placed a soft, non-glaring light and many cleverly conceived details. The common areas are stocked with a wide selection of books, creating a sense of relaxation and peace in every corner. The assistant, a charming and kind woman who has traveled the world before returning to her hometown, is truly exceptional. Having worked for many years in natural ecological education at the UN, she's a favorite among children, offering a variety of engaging themed activities daily. The dining experience is also delightful; both breakfast and dinner are hearty, and the ingredients are fresh and safe, offering complete peace of mind. Come to this little corner of the world and see if you can find a place to call home and settle your soul. Seven years have turned a century-old house into this masterpiece. What will it look like in another hundred years? Perhaps the snow mountain will remain, while the human world will have long since changed.

NNadia_01This was absolutely the right choice! The hotel is only 200 meters from Baisha Ancient Town, making it super convenient to walk there. The hotel is brand new, well-laid out, and incredibly stylish. The furniture and decor are tasteful, and all the items are of excellent quality. The staff are so friendly; they greet you warmly every time they see you and wish you a good time when you head out, which really leaves a great impression! There's a lively, playful dog running around the hotel, adding a lot of fun. The owner specially arranged a room with a view for us, and we could see the magnificent Jade Dragon Snow Mountain right from our bed. We're so grateful for that; it made our trip perfect. The hotel's afternoon tea is exquisite, served in a beautiful little box – very innovative and visually appealing. And seriously, who's the genius who thought of putting instant noodles in the room? That was a stroke of brilliance, especially for us after coming back half-frozen from Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. Hot instant noodles at that moment were pure bliss. ”Wanchuanxu” – what a perfectly fitting name! Did they know we were coming back from Tiger Leaping Gorge and offering a 'sequel'? Or perhaps they knew we were about to climb Jade Dragon Snow Mountain and were already setting the beautiful scene? I loved the hotel's shower – great water pressure and plenty of hot water. I loved the air conditioning – it heated up instantly. I loved the lighting design – varied heights and distances, creating layers, warmth, and a story... And I loved the hotel's goodnight sweet soup – rich, fragrant, sweet, heartwarming, soothing for the stomach, comforting for the soul, and perfect for drifting off to sleep...

RRongrongziRWI stayed at a hotel at the foot of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain in Lijiang, where I could lie in bed and watch the 'Golden Mountain Sunrise'. I've been to Yunnan four or five times, and each time I love to stay in nice hotels. This time in Lijiang, I specifically chose a place where I could wake up and see the 'Golden Mountain Sunrise'. Luckily, the weather was great, and I was fortunate enough to witness it on my very first morning. After watching the sunrise, I ordered breakfast, and it was delivered directly to my room, which was incredibly thoughtful. The 'Golden Mountain Sunrise' usually occurs between 8:00 AM and 8:30 AM, and you can generally see it if the weather is good. It's a good idea to set an alarm in advance. In the afternoon, the hotel offers a complimentary afternoon tea with coffee, tea, and desserts. In the evening, there's an outdoor bonfire party, and they even provide a 'goodnight dessert' before bed. The hotel truly takes care of everything throughout the day. For lunch, you can walk to Baisha Ancient Town, where there are many restaurants. From morning to night, there are endless photo opportunities, seriously! It's so easy to get great shots. Recommended photo spots: inside the room, the third-floor terrace, the public lobby area, outdoors near the snow mountain, and by the pool.

GGuest UserA perfect, secluded paradise experience. The scenery along the way was stunning, winding around Jade Dragon Snow Mountain until we finally reached Taohuawo (Peach Blossom Dock). The entire ranch exuded tranquility and romance. With the snow-capped mountains as a backdrop and the meadows as a carpet, cattle and horses roamed leisurely, making it feel like we were in a fairy tale. The cliffside cafe offered charming and captivating views; experiencing Jade Dragon Snow Mountain directly like that is truly rare. We were lucky enough to see the 'Golden Mountain in the Sun' phenomenon on both days of our trip, which bodes well for continuous good fortune in 2026. The log cabin we stayed in was perfectly equipped, with underfloor heating, air conditioning, and an excellent sound system. Facing Jade Dragon Snow Mountain directly, with a starlit ceiling for stargazing – it was just too perfect. Our stay also happened to coincide with New Year's Eve. We celebrated with everyone, enjoying the snow mountain fireworks and the bonfire party. It was magnificent. All the staff were enthusiastic and efficient. The chatty young man, the beautiful and kind front desk ladies – thank you all for giving us such a perfect experience. I've already discussed with my family, we'll be back for the May Day holiday! 😺

GGuest UserI came to Lijiang alone this time and was completely won over by the incredible attention to detail at this B&B! The private car transfer and 24-hour personal butler service made me feel so safe and secure, even traveling solo. In the morning, I could open the curtains and just lie in bed, completely immersed in the stunning panoramic view of 'Golden Mountain in the Sun' – it was so relaxing and breathtaking, haha! 😁 The hotel's amenities were also a big plus: it’s very close to Baisha Ancient Town, making getting around super convenient. The afternoon tea, evening sweet soup, and Puerh tea tasting were all wonderfully arranged. Plus, there's a gym, KTV, and billiard room if you want to unwind. Staying here alone, I felt completely safe and at ease. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Lijiang! 😘

GGuest UserThe full mountain view room was simply divine! Our room featured floor-to-ceiling windows, allowing us to lie in bed and watch the clouds drift lazily across the mountaintops, with every breath infused with the fresh scent of pine. The windows framed the mountain views like a living wallpaper; by day, it was a vibrant green tapestry, and in the evenings, the peaks were bathed in stunning orange and pink hues. Every casual photo looked like a cinematic screenshot. The ”Golden Mountain at Sunrise” (日照金山) viewed from the rooftop was an absolutely unforgettable, breathtaking spectacle. Watching the snow-capped peaks slowly transform from steely grey to shimmering gold, with the first rays of light touching my face, it felt as if even the wind held its breath. This sheer, majestic grandeur is a moment no filter could ever hope to capture. The evening bonfire party truly embodied the most vibrant and authentic local atmosphere. As dusk settled, the bonfire by the entrance sprang to life. Naxi aunties led everyone in traditional 'datiao' dances, the firewood crackled merrily, and songs mixed with laughter echoed up the hillside. We drank local rice wine and joined the circle, feeling the day's serene tranquility transition seamlessly into the lively energy of the night. From the 'Golden Mountain' at dawn to the late-night bonfire, from the stunning mountain views from our room to the fresh scent of flora and fauna with every breath, this place perfectly blends the refined elegance of 'French-inspired rustic luxury' with the genuine, untouched spirit of Lijiang's wilderness. It creates a compelling reason to want to return and stay here again and again. Next time I visit Lijiang, I'll definitely be staying here again!
