In the complex: restaurant, bar, fitness room (extra). Bowling, table tennis (all extra), shopping facilities, boutique, lift, central heating system, bicycle rental. Parking at 100 m. Supermarket, restaurant, bus stop 100 m, sandy beach 150 m, indoor swimming pool 300 m. Marina 100 m, golf course (18 hole) 1 km, tennis 1 km, minigolf 300 m, riding stable 1 km. Please note: childminding (extra). Nightclub/disco close by. "Ostsee-Residenz (DMP151)", 2-room apartment 50 m2 on 6th floor. Object suitable for 4 adults + 1 child. Cosy furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed (160 cm, length 200 cm), dining table, cable TV, radio and CD-player. Exit to the balcony. Open alcove, without window with 1 french bed. 1 room with 1 double bed. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).
"We spent a 14 -day relaxing vacation there. All devices in the kitchen and living room - worked well. The apartment was clean. The care of Ms. Zager was exemplary. We come back."

"The accommodation is 1a: clean, well-kept and quiet. Plus an unobstructed view of the Baltic Sea. Splendid! But you should definitely take the description of the bed width seriously. The mattresses don't offer much lying space."

"Die Wohnung ansich war recht schön eingerichtet. Es war zu Anfang leider nicht richtig geputzt worden, das vorhandene Bettzeug voller Haare, eine Steckdose war komplett defekt und schaute aus der Wand, der Duschschlauch war auch kaputt und die Küchenblend"
