It is a perfect starting point for winter sports activities such as skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing and tobogganing and in summer for hiking, cycling, golfing and excursions to the Allgäu mountains and pre-Alpine lakes. The flat is ideal for families or couples of friends. In addition to the spacious living area with a cosy sofa, a large dining table and a balcony, there is also a fully equipped kitchen with a fully automatic coffee machine, ceramic hob, oven, toaster, kettle, fridge with freezer compartment and microwave as well as a dishwasher. There is also a bathroom with double washbasin, bath/shower and WC. The stairs in the living area lead to the two bedrooms with double beds. The OberstaufenPLUS offer with its free services such as bus use, mountain railways, ski pass and the adventure pool as well as a garage parking space round off a fantastic holiday for you. I am standing in front of a centrally located apartment building in the village of "Wiedemannsdorf" between Oberstaufen and Immenstadt. I get through the front door via the staircase to the 2nd floor. The apartment door leads me into the newly renovated 3 room holiday apartment "Löwenzahn". In the entrance area everything is very inviting. Straight ahead is the beautiful, large kitchen with a great wooden table and a comfortable corner seat. Here you get the urge to have breakfast or dinner together. The modern kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher and fridge-freezer. There are also 2 coffee machines, a toaster and a kettle available for you. Next to the front door on the right, I find the bathroom with bathtub and washing machine. A room further is the bedroom with a double bed and a large wooden wardrobe. There is a balcony door with access to the great, sun-protected balcony overlooking the Thalkirchdorf mountains. The second bedroom, specially designed for children, is equipped with pallet beds. I think the apartment is great, it is flooded with light, friendly, modern and you feel right at home here. The view is of course the highlight. It is only a few kilometers to Oberstaufen or the "Hündle", as well as to the Alpsee with all its leisure activities. Next to it I find the living room, bright and friendly with a large sofa and flat screen TV, also with balcony access. In summary: I am thrilled and feel right at home.
