GGuest UserThe hotel is located within the University of Indonesia and has complete facilities, including a hot water kettle, coffee, TV, clothes drying rack, but no hot hair dryer.
It's hygienic and clean, and there are ants that are common in the tropics🐜. The campus has a beautiful environment with many green plants, big trees and lawns. The service attitude is good and the school staff are very enthusiastic.

The location is great.
Stay for concert at GBK ard 20k rupiah by Grab
At night there is a nice coffee and food carts opposite the convenient store.
Require 300k deposit or ur passport

MMichael FintanWe stayed here NYE booked last minute -its down many side streets but a great location-( 10 minutes walk Kuninan City) room big with balcony, clean-towels old and horrible, good range of TV stations -receptionists very polite and helpful -overall of course price for NYE high IND 1.6 Million two rooms ( 5 people including extra bed and breakfast) so very reasonable -breakfast -my Indonesian friends happy I liked the coffee -overall we really liked .

unfortunately the condition of the mattress is very uncomfortable, even after moving rooms the mattress is still uncomfortable, and the AC in the last room is off for a while.

AAgus GoonersI order for 1 night stay standard room, but because some trouble they give me premium room (upgrade room for free).
The negative thing is when I enter that room, floor still little wet, like they doesn't peel and clean that, wardrobe full of waste and food waste (you can see picture 11) and because of that I am not surr they change the bed sheet or not (but bed sheet still pretty clean).
Positive thing:
1. I get upgrade room and balcony for free
2. Entertainment channel televisin very good for low budget hotel
3. Building look new and modern
4. Check in check out process is easy
5. Near Ragunan Zoo and Ragunan Shuttle Bus
6. Amenities near completed, minus face sheet
Overall good hotel with price USD 17-19, but need very big improvement on cleanliness.

NNick.KirsopVery budget hotel so I was not expecting something amazing. The facilities were reasonable, the air conditioning wasn’t working the best, the bed was very comfortable and the staff was very nice.
This just a good spot for a budget stay.
