Outstanding
GGuest UserThis was my first stay at Sanu Niseko. Although it was a short one night stay, I was very happy with the experience.
The property was extremely well designed, amenitized, and fitted out. Although the space was not very big, it was right sized and very comfortable.
The various appliances and equipment (sound, video projector) were great touches and set up the visitor for a full experience. This was not just a hotel or villa property, but a getaway resort experience, or glamping plus plus.
Everything worked, and was designed and placed logically.
The sauna arrangement was perfect, and the skylights a delightful addition.
I look forward to returning with my family.
XXiupingWe stayed here to celebrate our son's birthday, and it turned out to be an amazing experience! The accommodation was incredibly spacious, clean, and well-maintained, providing the perfect setting for a special celebration. The room was huge and comfortable, with everything we needed to relax and enjoy our time.
The service was truly exceptional—attentive, thoughtful, and beyond our expectations.
If you're looking for a place with ample space, spotless rooms, and outstanding service, this is the place to be. We’re so glad we chose this accommodation for such a special occasion and would highly recommend it to others!
MMomo-xiaomaoEverything is good except the price! I love the environment of the villa! The kitchen, dining room and living room are upstairs, and the bedroom is downstairs. It is a 6-minute drive from Hirafu. The hotel has a shuttle bus to the ski resort, which is available on call and special car pick-up.
SSalamiyeahA very cozy & cute apartment! Good for someone who rent a car… everything u might need are well prepared. We will definitely visit again in the coming snowboarding trip.
TTricia SL LimI had a wonderful stay at this place. The location is perfect being right in front of the lake and just a street walk across. The place was also very clean and well-maintained, with heaters that kept the place warm and cozy. Parking was also available right beside the place.
The owner was incredibly hospitable as well, providing us with coffee and chocolate. The owner was also extremely helpful in assisting me when I left something behind.
I would definitely recommend this place to families and group of friends visiting Lake Toya. Definitely love to return in the future.
SShang jiunnPerfect experience for a group of friend, they have great service in terms of check in and inquiry about anything nearby, Onsen, food, transport etc.
The resort/house is equip with whatever we need, and with spacious bathroom, amenities.
It’s only 5 mins away from the main skii and snowboard area.
They have arranged transport for free transfer, although it will be even better if you have a car, carpark provided.
GGuest UserFantastic environment just in front a ski resort with stunning view. Good carpark space for guests.
Just happened it is snowing and the view is like a paradise.
Rooms are on upstairs 1 floor, do request assistance from the helpful staff to assist you.
All the staff is friendly, handsome and beautiful.
Try to offer some Japanese food as that's what we expected, for breakfast and dinner.
The cafe is beautiful, needs more marketing exposure.
AAnonymous UserThe host does not speak English and Chinese. He loves cleanliness. He stayed alone and didn't meet. I saw the note printed on the door. The instructions were very clear. Just go to the room table and get the key. Remember to change your shoes upstairs and lift the stairs. You can't wear shoes when you enter the room. After check-in, I have to call the host and send a small gift, thank you. The bathroom door is not very flexible, but it doesn't matter. The host gave the Wanshige soup coupon. It is enough to pay 500 yen. The soup is very good. There is no need to wash it at the host. Experienced the joy of making your bed and staying at a Japanese homestay! (Tips for Chinese tourists, the homeowner emphasizes that garbage should be sorted, if not, he will bring it to 711 and lose it). In short, I am quite satisfied! Also supplemented the knowledge of tatami. The front desk is on the left door, check in to see if there is your name on several doors. In addition, it is recommended that the gray kerosene heater on the right hand be collected, and the new white one in the corner is fine, otherwise you will really smell the kerosene, and it also wrote a reminder for ventilation at least 2 times in an hour. The white is the new one. There is no problem. In short, a very good homestay experience, thank you host.
AAnonymous UserThis cabin offers a fantastic, peaceful vibe completely surrounded by nature. While the location is a bit remote and far from the main tracks, the quality of the facilities made our stay very comfortable. The only real downside was the heavy presence of bugs after dark, so you definitely need to come prepared for that. Overall, a wonderful nature retreat if you don't mind a secluded drive and some local wildlife.
AAnonymous Userdo not try to check in at night, might not be able to find the house. if you book via trip.com rmb to contact the house owner to get password beforehand as trip.com will not send it to you
