"The hotel's meals are very bad. The dinner is served together. The tempura is cold and soft. It is super unpalatable. There is no fish for dinner. Breakfast is not good, the meal is less, and some pregnant women are not suitable for eating. I communicated with the restaurant staff that the pregnant women who were traveling with me could not eat hot spring eggs. I wanted to change them to scrambled eggs. I was rejected by the young female staff of the restaurant. I felt very uncomfortable. The hotel has been renovated and the facilities are good. A male employee was very helpful when checking in. We communicated that we are non-Japanese and will not make a tatami bed and help make a bed. It is a hotel with facilities but the meals are really bad"
