JJordan’sWe stayed here for 6 nights and had a very comfortable and pleasant experience—it truly felt like a home away from home.
Housekeeping is done daily, which was a big plus. They replenished one 2-litre water bottles, provided four small towels, and emptied the trash every day, keeping the room consistently clean and tidy.
The room comes with a small kitchenette that is well equipped with cutlery, drinking glasses, shot glasses, a kettle, microwave, and a full-size household refrigerator with both freezer and fridge compartments. There is also an electric stove, though the only downside is that no pots or pans are provided, so cooking is limited.
One of the highlights is the large, human-sized window that can be opened to let in fresh air, along with an amazing scenic view outside. The bathroom is clean and modern, designed in soothing neutral tones. They provide good-quality shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, and the high-pressure shower is excellent—perfect for a refreshing bath after a long day.
The TV includes Netflix access without needing to log in to your own account, which is very convenient.
The owner is extremely kind and friendly. Since we had a longer stay, she kindly allowed us to use the washing machine, provided clothes hangers, and arranged a place for us to air-dry our laundry, which was very thoughtful.
The location is excellent—directly opposite the property is a 24-hour 7-Eleven. In the early morning, there’s also a café at the lobby selling coffee and baked goods, which is especially helpful as many eateries in Jeju only open around 10:30 am.
One thing to note: check-in should be done early, as the staff do not work overnight. After 7:30 pm, there will be no one available to hand over keys.
Overall, this is a very welcoming place, and we truly appreciated the comfort, convenience, and warm hospitality. We would definitely return and stay here again.

The proprietress turned on the floor heating before check-in. The check-in explanation was very careful and the experience was very good.

GGuest UserI have to give this homestay a thumbs-up. It's clean and hygienic, with everything you need for daily use. Every closet has everything you need, including toothpaste, toothbrush, shower gel, shampoo, clothes hangers, a full-length mirror, and slippers. There's a balcony for drying clothes, but you need to bring your own ropes. There are several drawers for storage, and the wardrobe is quite large. The apartment was also very clean. Trash bags and toilet paper were provided, so you could leave your trash by the door. There were also plenty of adapters. A hairdryer, kitchenware, a washing machine, and a full-length mirror were all in the closet! Excellent! The microwave and rice cooker were also excellent! They even provided an umbrella! The hallways were spotless, unlike those in China. It was spotless and odorless. The price was super affordable. Writing this review after so many days, these are the only positives I can recall. It's just steps from Baojian Road, just around the corner. The Shilla Duty Free Shop is diagonally across the street, and convenience stores, pharmacies, and restaurants are all nearby. It's incredibly convenient. I'd stay here again next time. There was no hassle at the front desk. Luggage storage is also very helpful if you arrive early!

GGuest UserI had a great time enjoying the winter sea! The location is perfect—right along the coastal road of Woljeong-ri Beach, making it quiet yet just a few minutes walk from the Woljeong-ri cafe street. The view is amazing and this is one of the best spots to stay.
Since it’s winter, the beach is peaceful, but the cafés are all open, and there are plenty of great restaurants nearby, so you can have a great time without going far. The hotel also provides breakfast, and while the pool isn’t open in winter, just having barbecue and beer while looking at the ocean gives a strong vacation vibe.
I visited the east coast quite a lot but i still prefer it over the west. I’d love to come back to Woljeong, Handong, and Gimnyeong again!

TtaniusflyLocation is actually good,it is close to fancy area with river and park,2 big supermarkets (emart and martro) are 4 min walk from hostel.
It is clean, mattress is soft as i like, staff is really friendly and speaks English, rooftoop has nice view.
Breakfast is good with yoghurt, granola and blueberries + orange juice or coffee.
If you would like to travel around island, you need to change buses probably.
Definately i wish to come back!

GGuest UserIf you want to stay in Jeju city, this is a really convenient location. Make sure before booking your trip if you prefer Jeju city or Seongwipo.
The room is spacious, has a fridge, TV, AC, and a fan. Also some storsge is given and the bathroom is large. My room only had limited natural sunlight but maybe other rooms are better. The towels are small but you can get fresh ones every day, the same goes for water: The couple running this place give you water bottles but you can also refill your bottles in the lobby.
The furniture is dated but mostly clean. The bed was very firm (some like it, some don't). The AC could definitely use some dusting and I found a cockroach in my room and had tiny baby cockroaches in the bathroom. Bug spray is provided in the room and was effective (although my flip flops were the most effective tool). The extension chord in my room was faulty (probably too old) and when I plugged in two devices at the same time (for two outlets), it made crackling sounds indicating that the wires were catching fire. But it was immediately replaced with a brand new extension chord when I made the owners aware of it.
Overall a cheap, conveniently-located hotel, but definitely no luxury experience. I would stay here again, but I will look for other options the next time.

AAnonymous UserThe first thing I’m really impressed with is the excellent service. They reply to messages very quickly, and they answer every question. If you have any issues, you can contact them anytime and they’re always helpful.
The hotel is located right in the city center, with lots of convenience stores and restaurants nearby. Even though I traveled alone, I still felt safe the whole time.
The room is spacious and comfortable. It’s also super convenient for shopping because everything is within walking distance thanks to the central location.

The place appears to have been remodeled, but there are still some worn-out corners. The sliding door facing the ocean wasn’t very clear, which slightly affected the view.
The bed was very soft, which may not be ideal for everyone depending on personal preference.
We did experience some strange knocking or noise at the door in the middle of the night. However, everything turned out to be fine—we believe it was likely due to the strong wind.
The general area could be improved, as there were construction items left around. It wasn’t very pleasant to see, especially when going down the stairs.
On the positive side, there are parking lots available, and the property is located near the ocean, which is great for a relaxing morning or evening stroll.
Overall, the stay was okay for the price. The photos online seem more polished than the actual condition in reality
