GGuest UserThe room and the hotel building were clean and tidy! There was a microwave, kettle, washing machine, dryer, and refrigerator in the room, which was very convenient! I didn't quite know how to use the dryer, and I didn't know how to use it when I called the front desk, so it would have been helpful if there was a sign explaining how to use it. We stayed with five people and only had the bare minimum amenities, but there were only two toothbrushes, shampoo, and body soap. There were five bath towels, but only one hand towel. Maybe it was just because we checked in early, but it would have been helpful if there were enough for everyone. The pool was large and beautiful, but it would have been nice to have a place to rest right next to the pool! There was also a gym, and it was quite close to the airport and shopping malls, so it felt like it was within walking distance!

JjuliepremHere's a review based on your experience: --- We stayed at this Airbnb for 8 nights and had a mixed experience. The location is fantastic, just across from Okada Hotel, which is a major plus. However, our check-in was quite disappointing. We arrived around 5 PM, two hours after the official check-in time of 3 PM, only to find the unit was not clean. It was very dusty, and there were no cleaning tools provided. The staff arrived around 5:30 PM to bring us towels and one bed cover, we requested utensils, We ended up purchasing our own cleaning supplies to tidy up the place before we could settle in. This was frustrating, especially after traveling from another country, as we had hoped to relax upon arrival. While the unit itself has potential, the lack of cleanliness and preparation before our check-in was a significant issue. We had to clean the unit ourselves before we could even think about resting. Overall, I would recommend this place for its location, but improvements in cleanliness and guest readiness are necessary.

Gordon and his assistant Ms Mary are very responsive and welcoming. Parking is just in front of the reception. The room and design is very lovely and modern. The renovation of a small room belonging to a residential area, there is no problem for a single person, and friends may not be in the same building if they go together. GGuest UserFeedback and Complaint Regarding Recent Hotel Stay I would like to provide feedback and raise a concern regarding my recent booking experience. I booked a stay for 15 guests at a specific hotel ( Lux Penhouse), and the booking went through successfully without any issues. However, just a few hours before our scheduled check-in, I was informed that we would be moved to a different hotel ( bayshore phase 2), with the reason being that the original hotel “could not accommodate 15 pax.” This was extremely disappointing, especially since the booking was clearly made for 15 people and was confirmed. The replacement accommodation provided did not meet expectations: • The utensils were incomplete, and basic amenities such as toothbrushes and towels were not ready upon our arrival. • The swimming pool was closed for maintenance, which was not communicated in advance. This was one of the main reasons we chose the property. • Overall, the place felt unprepared for a group of our size. On a positive note, I would like to acknowledge that the few staff who assisted us and the lobby personnel were helpful and courteous, and we appreciate their efforts. While we understand that unforeseen changes can occur, proper notice and preparation are expected, especially for confirmed group bookings.
