The house is clean and tidy, the location is convenient, the facilities are complete, and the owner is very friendly.
The only drawback is that the water in the water heater is too small when taking a shower.

GGuest UserVery satisfied. The hotel is located in a quiet residential area. There are night markets and convenience stores within 200 meters. The breakfast is delicious.
TTonyNg.myThis is Get Guesthouse 2, don't be mistaken with Get Guesthouse 1 located at another street nearby.
Simple and clean Front Counter immediately at the main entrance.
We arrived early at 2pm, as the check-in time is 3:00pm as stated, we hang around the shops nearby then come back.
The receptionist guided us to the room next door, which looks anew, must be newly renovated.
There's parking space reserved for guests, very convenient.
Kim Yong market is just less than 10 minutes walk.

GGuest UserWe arrived at 7.45am after a 14 train ride from Bangkok. The hotel were kind enough to give us a 9am check in. Plenty of time to enjoy some street food breakfast before resting. Big & clean room with a comfortable bed & decent a/c. Staff friendly & helpful thought, took care of our transit booking to Koh Lipe. Very good location with plenty of food nearby & a short Grab ride to some nice bars for the evening. Second picture at Swan Pub, also recommended. Definitely come back here next time in Hat Yai. Very good value too. 👏👏👏

Llaosnewhorizons** A Simple Stay**
Nestled in the heart of the city, the Hotel offers a modest retreat for travelers seeking basic accommodations without the frills. During my recent stay, I found the hotel to be adequate but lacking any notable extravagance.
Upon arrival, the check-in process was smooth, and the staff were courteous, albeit not overly attentive. The lobby exuded a functional charm, with minimalistic decor and seating areas that served their purpose without much flair.
As I made my way to the room, I noticed the corridors were clean but somewhat dated, reflecting the hotel's unassuming character. The room itself was spacious enough for a comfortable stay, albeit with furnishings showing signs of wear and tear. The bed, while not luxurious, provided a decent night's sleep, and the linens were clean.
One of the notable aspects of the hotel was its cleanliness; the housekeeping staff did a commendable job of maintaining tidiness throughout my stay. However, the absence of complimentary meals or even a breakfast option was disappointing, especially for travelers looking for convenience.
In terms of amenities, the hotel offered the essentials: Wi-Fi, a television, and a functional bathroom with soap. While these amenities sufficed for my short stay, they may fall short for guests expecting more modern conveniences or recreational facilities.
Overall, the Hotel is a budget-friendly option for travelers seeking a no-frills accommodation option in a convenient location. While it may not dazzle with luxury or amenities, it provides a decent, albeit unremarkable, place to rest one's head after a day of exploring the city.
CChoongSHIt was a family trip, and my niece found this hotel or guesthouse from Internet. It was quite new, converted from an older building, and the rooms, the beds, the pillows are all quite new and comfortable. No breakfast is served, but they do have free coffee, water and biscuits corner if you like (tea was missed out and I have highlighted to their front desk). Wifi is working well, though in the lobby is the best. Location wise, it is in another corner of Hatyai city, but once you get to know the way, walking to Kimyong market is quite near. They have the family room type, with a queen size bed and double decker in another attached room. Front desk is very helpful and speak good English.

AAnonymous UserThe accommodation is not as advertised. I booked through the app and it said there was a city view and a balcony. In the picture, there was a window, but when I actually stayed there, it was not like what I booked.
