Thank you for your cooperation!**PETS / SERVICE ANIMALS*** Pet-friendly (limit 2, no cats). \$100 non-refundable fee per pet (under 50lbs, non-aggressive).* Pets must be supervised, crated when alone, and cleaned up after. Please cover furniture and use mattress protectors.**SECURITY DEPOSIT*** Security deposit: Fully refundable if no damage.**UNREGISTERED GUESTS*** All guests must be declared. Failure to do so will result in a \$15 per guest, per day fee.**EXTRA GUEST FEE*** Our nightly rate includes up to 8 guests. For any additional guests beyond that, there is a \$15 per person, per night fee.**CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT FEES*** We always try to accommodate early check-in or late check-out when possible. Please be informed that we have an additional fee of \$25 per hour.**HOT TUB / SPA*** Guests are welcome to enjoy the spa and turn on the jets—please remember to turn them off when finished.* If you’d like to use the spa heater, there is an additional charge—just let us know in advance.**POOL RULES*** The pool is deep and not supervised. Children are not allowed in the pool area without adult supervision at any time.* Swim at your own risk. The homeowner is not liable for any injuries or accidents that occur on the property, including use of the pool or spa.* Weekly pool cleaning is scheduled for Wednesdays—please allow access during service.* Guests are expected to use the pool responsibly and follow all safety guidelines.* For everyone’s safety, glass bottles and cups are strictly prohibited in the pool area. Please use plastic or non-breakable drinkware when enjoying the space.**TABLE CARE*** Please do not place hot pots or pans directly on the table. The surface can be damaged due to its material. We’ve provided heat-resistant mats and trivets in the unit—feel free to use them as needed.**OUTDOOR GRILL USE*** There are 2 propane tanks located under the grill. If one runs out, please switch to the second and notify us immediately so we can replace the empty one.* Clean the grill after each use to maintain cleanliness and hygiene.* Never leave the grill unattended while in use.* Use the grill only in open outdoor areas, away from walls or flammable surfaces.* After use, turn off all burners and close the propane valve.**TOWELS & LINENS*** We kindly ask that you help us maintain the quality of our linens and towels by using them with care.* Please avoid staining them with makeup, hair dye, tanning products, wine, or food spills.* For makeup removal, we recommend using personal wipes or designated products instead of towels.* Towels are intended for drying off after showers and should not be used for cleaning spills, wiping floors, or as rags.* To ensure all guests enjoy fresh and well-maintained linens, excessive staining or damage may result in a replacement fee.**GAMES*** Games are located in the hallway closet by the utility room.* Guests are responsible for returning all games to the closet after use.**EXTRA BLANKETS & SLEEPER SOFA*** If anyone needs an extra blanket, there is one inside the storage under the sofa.* For those planning to sleep on the sleeper sofa, sheets, a blanket, and two pillows are available in the closet located just outside the room.**TRASH PICKUP*** Trash is collected every Thursday morning. Please place bins by the alley on Wednesday evening.**OTHER HOUSE RULES*** No eating or drinking in bedrooms.* No smoking indoors (\$150 fee).* No illegal drugs or parties. Any disturbances may result in immediate eviction.* Quiet hours after 10 PM.* No rearranging furniture.
