We have flat, spacious land and a circular drive that will allow for hauling your boat/ATV trailer. We are extremely close to the Eagle Rock Marina (under 1 mi) and Roaring River (less than 10 mi). If you’re looking for something a little less wet, you will love exploring the nearby attractions such as Eureka Springs, known for its preserved 19th-century Victorian architecture and unique shops. Also, Roaring River State Park offers nature enthusiasts hiking trails, fishing opportunities, and captivating scenery. In summer season there's even an old fashion water slide at Bebee's Roaring River Water Slide (seasonal).
