Downtown Carrollton home with 3 Bedrooms and 2 full bathroom rooms. Convenient to both downtown and everything along I-35. 15 minutes from both airports. House has been fully renovated in 2022 and modernized. Kitchen has brand new appliances and has everything you would need to make a meal. Main bedroom features a king bed with work space while other rooms features queen beds. Smart TVS in all bedrooms. To help every guest enjoy a positive experience while respecting our neighbors and the integrity of the community, we ask that you carefully review and follow the house rules below.House Rules – RussellNo smoking inside the home — $500 fee if any smoke or smoke odor is detected.No parties, events, or large gatherings.No unauthorized visitors beyond the stated reservation at any time without prior approval.Maximum occupancy: 5 guests total, including children and infants.No more than 4 unrelated guests per stay.Please book for the correct number of guests in advance.No street parking.Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.Any damage, excessive cleaning, rule violations, or evidence of smoking/vaping, parties, or unauthorized guests will result in additional charges.Parking – RussellPark only in the driveway or designated spaces as shown in the listing/guidebook.No street parking is allowed.Do not block neighboring driveways or mailboxes.Pet Policy – RussellUp to 2 dogs under 50 lbs, or 1 dog up to 100 lbs.$100 non‑refundable pet fee per stay (required for any approved pet).Pets must be house‑trained and listed on the reservation.Pets may not be left alone in the home unless crated.Keep pets off all furniture and beds.Clean up after pets indoors and outdoors; extra cleaning or yard pickup will be charged as needed.Any pet‑related damage will result in additional charges.Check‑In / Check‑Out – RussellStandard check‑in time is 4:00 PM or later.Standard check‑out time is by 11:00 AM.Early check‑in may be possible only if the property is ready and our cleaning schedule allows it, and must be requested and approved at least 24 hours before arrival.Same‑day or last‑minute early check‑in requests are generally not possible and will usually be declined.Late checkout may be possible only with prior written approval at least 24 hours before departure.Any late checkout request made within 24 hours of check‑out will be denied due to cleaning and scheduling.Remaining past 11:15 AM without written approval will incur a late checkout fee of $50 per hour (or partial hour).Remaining past 1:00 PM without approval may be treated as an extra night and charged at 2× the average nightly rate plus any operational costs.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:No more than four unrelated guests.No street parking.About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About events:No events allowed.
