You have access to our 25 acres of land for hiking and snowshoeing. A babbling brook meanders in our back yard. Eggs until Sept 1. We welcome you to explore the wonders of nature.Guest accessParking is to the left of the garage. Make yourself comfortable in a pleasant country setting.Your apartment has a storage space below it. Noise levels will be minimal. You will have access to the yards and our garden. Enjoy walking on our country road. Kick back and relax. Good verizon phone service but no wifi at this time.Other things to noteIn the heart of the Finger Lakes is the Cayuga Lake Wine Trail offering a unique blend of award-winning wines, scenic waterfalls, and local eateries.Watkins Glen State Park is the most famous of the Finger Lakes State Parks, with a reputation for leaving visitors spellbound. Within two miles, the glen's stream descends 400 feet past 200-foot cliffs, generating 19 waterfalls along its course. The gorge path winds over and under waterfalls and through the spray of Cavern Cascade. Rim trails overlook the gorge. Campers and day-visitors can enjoy the Olympic-size pool, scheduled summer tours through the gorge, tent and trailer campsites, picnic facilities and excellent fishing in nearby Seneca Lake or Catherine Creek, which is renowned for its annual spring run of rainbow trout.The Corning Museum of Glass is home to the world’s most comprehensive and celebrated collection of glass. At the Rockwell museum there is a diverse collection includes a mix of contemporary Native American art with traditional bronze sculptures, landscape paintings and other works that embody America.
