Welcome to our cozy apartment nestled between Vail and Beaver Creek with only a 9 minute drive to the slopes. The apartment is located right next to the Eagle Vail golf course, driving range, pool, hiking trails, cross country skiing and tennis/pickleball courts. Go for a ski day or a round of golf and then relax in the living room with a refreshment or drink. Great place for solo travelers, couples and small groups. As you enter the apartment you will find a full living room and an equipped kitchen. Near the kitchen you will find access to the washer and dryer. Additionally, from the living room you can enter the full bathroom and bedroom. The bedroom has a king size bed and medium size closet. You will have access to all the amenities including, board games, full kitchen equipment, laundry and off-street parking for 1 vehicle. Nearest bus stop to ski resorts is a 20 minute walk. Please note that there is no AC (just heating) but summer nights tend to be chilly. A fan is available if needed.Around 1.5 flights of stairs are required to get to the apartment. Note that this apartment is the Lockoff unit, there are some stairs that lead to the upper unit but it is locked off from both sides. Unit has its own entrance and no interaction with other guests is needed. Occasional noise from upstairs neighbors is expected but quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am. You can reach out to me if there is noise during quite hours. Other-From November 1st to April 30th, on days with more than 3” snow accumulation, all vehicles must be removed from parking lot(s) from 9 AM to 12 PM to allow for proper plowing. A $75 fine will be imposed by HOA if vehicles are not moved.-Closest bus stop to ski resorts is an 20 minute walk or 2 min drive. This spacious 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom townhome is located in Eagle Vail/Avon, a ski/golf comunity, minutes from world class ski resorts, Vail and Beaver Creek. The townhome is located across the street from the Eagle Vail golf course and sits on the Eagle River, perfect for all seasons. Relax in the private Hot Springs hot tub and listen to the Eagle river roar in the summer or enjoy the snow fall in the winter. Perfect for multiple families or couples, our home is approximately 3000 sq feet on 3 levels with 2 living rooms, 2 washer/dryers, a Weber grill on the large deck overlooking the Eagle River, and a wet bar off the spa patio. There is also a powder bathroom on the main level. The main level is full of natural light and has a large sliding glass door which empties out onto a beautiful balcony overlooking the Eagle River. Each of the 4 bedrooms are spacious with en-suite bathrooms. The primary suite has a king bed with large walk in closet and a separate walk in shower. The primary suite is full of light with a beautiful view of the eagle river and a private large balcony. There are 2 queen bedrooms and the 4th bedroom is a bunk room that can sleep 4-5 people. The main level includes the kitchen, powder room, family room and access to the private deck with a natural gas grill over looking Eagle River. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas range, oven, microwave, large refrigerator/freezer and coffee maker (Kurig and standard drip). It also has all of the cookware you will need for your stay. There is plenty of parking for up to 3 vehicles and a 240V EV charger available in the garage (charging cables not included). The garage is used as a mud room in the winter months.There are numerous casual and upscale restaurants and bars nearby within a short drive, and a few within easy walking distance.Our home is a great escape for all seasons. In the winter, enjoy word class skiing, snowboarding, cross country skiing and snowshoeing. In the summer, enjoy all of the outdoor activities the mountains have to offer including hiking, climbing, fly fishing, and water sports. Additionally, multiple world class golf courses, spas and other attractions are bountiful in nearby Vail, Beaver Creek, and the surrounding communities.
