This private garden apartment with outdoor space is in a row of classic brownstones in a great location. It's a quick walk to great restaurants in all price ranges, and you'll find a list of favorites in the apartment! Convenient to bus, train or ferry to NYC and an easy walk to Stevens Institute of Technology and many other great Hoboken locations. Make sure to take the very short walk to the Hudson River for an unbeatable view of the Manhattan Skyline! Great desk and wifi included.This is a great launching point for all Broadway, Sports and Concert Venues!Public Transportation:It's about a 25 minute walk to the PATH station along Washington St (Hoboken's main street of stores, restaurants, etc). There is also a bus you can take to the PATH. Alternatively there is a bus 2 minutes from the apartment that goes directly to midtown Manhattan, as well as ferry service about a 10 minute walk away. The ferry is more expensive, but there are free shuttle buses on the other side to several parts of Manhattan. Parking:Parking in Hoboken is limited to pay-by-app parking on one side of the street only unless you are a resident. Be mindful of the signs. There are paid parking garages nearby,. If you do plan to visit with a car, we can give you information to help you work that out.
