The views from the 2nd floor primary suite are stunning!Newly constructed in 2024, this home is centrally located close to all the necessities. Just minutes from I-15 (7), Primary Children's Hospital (5), Camp Williams (7), restaurants, grocery and shopping (2), parks (1). Enjoy shopping, skiing, mountain biking, outdoor activities, movies and more!Attached to the rear side of our home but completely separate and there are no shared spaces with the host. It’s private with separate driveway, entrance, parking and keypad entry. There are 9 steps up to the entry door. The kitchen and living room are on the main floor and there is a sofa and 65" Internet connected flat screen. The three bedrooms and two bathrooms are all located (up a flight of stairs) on the second floor. The main bedroom includes an ensuite and has a 65" flat screen with Internet connection so you can log into your favorite streaming apps.
