This beautiful Victorian built in 1912 “The Brookside Manor” is located in the heart of downtown Berkeley Springs within easy walking distance of all the town’s attractions. This marvelous turn of the century house boasts a rounded front porch and entryway. In the rear of the house there is a wonderful view of the brook that meanders through the town. There is a large “shared” brick patio overlooking the historic healing waters complete with outside dining area. This turn of the century house was completely restored between 2006 and 2008. On the top floor in the loft, you’ll find two full beds with forest views. On the bottom floor, there’s a queen bed wrapped in luxurious crisp white linens. While we don’t have traditional closets, we do provide a dresser and a creative solution to hang clothes.☆☆ BATHROOM ☆☆On the main floor, you’ll find an updated bathroom with a vanity and shower/tub combination, so you can choose how you want to wash up after a day exploring! We do provide moisturizing shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, although don’t forget to bring extra if you plan to enjoy a longer visit.On the bottom floor there is an iron and ironing board, so you can keep your clothes fresh for the entirety of your stay!☆☆ KITCHEN & LIVING ROOM ☆☆This kitchen is the perfect place to whip up delicious meals. You’ll have all the kitchen essentials to make your family's favorite dishes and more. Enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning in the dining area with seating for your whole group. The living room is the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. Cozy up on the leather sofa while watching a movie on the TV. Prefer to stay home and read a book? The large open windows and sky high ceilings bring in tons of natural light to bury yourself in a novel or try your luck at one of the many board games.For our traveling parents, we supply both a pack-n-play (no padding or sheets provided) and a booster seat (9 - 36 months and up to 37 pounds). ☆☆ OUTSIDE SPACE ☆☆Step outside onto the deck located just off the dining room. This deck features an outdoor couch, corn hole and a hot tub. There is a Dollar General nearby, however, a grocery store is 20+ minutes away.***Your safety is important to us, and for that reason, we’ve installed one security camera at the front of the property as well as smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors and fire extinguishers.
