It's 2 minutes (walking) to downtown Sisters and has a fully fenced yard, 4 person private hot-tub, and propane fire-pit. Please note that this is a guest suite (or attached ADU). There is another unit on the property that has 1 common wall/ceiling. There are zero shared spaces so it's completely private, but with the common wall there is a potential for some noise from the other unit to be heard in your unit. Inside there is 1 extremely comfortable King size bed. There is also a queen size sleeper sofa that is surprisingly comfy for a couch-bed! The high speed wifi and smart TV will allow you to stream all your favorite shows and movies. The kitchenette includes a mini-fridge, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker. Included in the Suite is a full bathroom. This is a completely private attached ADU. It has 1 shared wall but is completely private (no access from one unit to the other). Please also note that the HVAC system is controlled via app from the Host's phone. We keep it set to a very comfortable temperature, but if you have any issues with the temperature of the unit please let me know and we can adjust it immediately.Also, please note that in Central Oregon in the Winter we often have snowy road conditions. To make things simple, we stick to our stated cancellation policy. Please keep this in mind when booking in the Winter months. We also have a similar policy for smoke in the Summer. There’s a chance due to wildfires that there are smokey air conditions during your stay. If evacuations were to take place (extremely rare around here!) then a refund would be given, but other than that we will stick to the stated cancellation policy. At the end of the hall is an expansive suite with a king bed and private bathroom.This charming home is filled with vibrant art, reminiscent of art festivals the region is known for! Cozy patios flow on either end of the townhome, allowing guests to enjoy the sunshine and togetherness. Cushioned seating is provided Spring - Fall. A gas grill is available for all your culinary delights. Sisters is a walkable community featuring charming coffee shops, bakeries, tap houses, and boutique shops. Nearby, there are endless trails and outdoor activities - something for everyone!Please leave furry friends at home as this house isn't dog or pet friendly.This townhome has 1 designated off street parking space and plenty of streetside parking. Guests will have access to the community Hot Tub year round and pool in the summer. These are shared, neighborhood amenities where other owners and guests may be present.A wonderful benefit of staying here is frequent wildlife sightings such as deer in and around the home and nearby areas. Typically, Oregon weather can include snow and winter driving conditions in the winter and spring. Wildfire smoke may be present in the summer.
