Enjoy the quiet seclusion on 5 private acres. The property is on the Betsie River and depending on the time of the year has steelhead and salmon. Trout are in it year round. Sit on the large covered deck and enjoy the outdoors with a campfire. If you aren't a homebody, Crystal Mountain is only about 3 miles away. Great Skiing and golf are available. The Iron fish distillery is only 2 miles away and have very good food and drinks made from products grown on site. a 15-20 minute drive will get you to the beautiful beaches at Arcadia, Elberta, and Frankfort. Crystal Lake is also close by. A little longer drive and you can experience the Sleeping Bear Dunes. Our property is a family cottage not a commercial rental. The downstairs bedrooms are small. The cottage will sleep many but just so there aren't any surprises the dining table is made for 6 people (you can fit 8). There is a covered deck with a picnic table that seats 8. The downstairs living room seats 8 and the upstairs family room seats 5. The upstairs family room and bedroom is a combined room. There is a tv upstairs that picks up local channels via an antenna. There is a HDMI cable to connect to a device. We use our iphones to stream tv.About pets:Pets allowed: less than 50 lbs per pet (limit one pet total).Please take care of pet messes. Welcome to the Cabin on Pine Ridge hosted by Wander North Rentals!This cabin is a secluded retreat on the Betsie River just minutes from the ski hills and golf courses of Crystal Mountain. The river offers anglers some of the finest salmon and steelhead fishing in Northern Michigan. Enjoy 14 wooded acres, 800 feet of private Betsie River frontage, a hot tub, and fire pit! Inside the cabin there is 2 living rooms, a wood fireplace, games, puzzles, and endless NoMI vibes.The Cabin on Pine Ridge is a 3 bedroom, 3 bath home located in the woods surrounding the Betsie River. You will enjoy seclusion with nature but a short drive to Crystal Mountain and Frankfort.On the cabin's first floor, you will walk into the fully stocked kitchen and dining room combo. Kitchen has everything you will need to make a meal after a long day skiing including pots/pans, dishes, and cooking basics like salt/pepper and olive oil. Off the kitchen is the first living room of the home which is connected to the decks. Downstairs is a second living room with a TV and sitting area. This is also the access point to the hot tub which overlooks the woods and beautiful river. One more set of stairs brings you to the first bedroom with a queen bed and built in bunk with a trundle. There is also a full bath and laundry room on this level.Upstairs are two more bedrooms. The first bedroom has a king sized bed with a balcony overlooking the woods and river. The second bedroom has a queen and 2 twin beds perfect for a family with small children. Outdoors there is a large deck with a grill and a firepit.
