There also near the Tay Ho lake just have a walk nearby for the cold breeze especially in the morning .
Nearby have many cafe and there is Korean restaurant .
You can walk a little bit more and there is very delicious Pho ( you can check my photo uploaded ).
The room itself have big bed for me as solo traveller .
Cleanliness need to be improve .
Hot water works well .
Fan and aircond functional but I think it no need to be turn-on since it already cold here .
There are 2 bottles of drinking water with 2 snacks if you arrive in hungry stomach..
Customer service respond faster and helpful .
My check-in process very smooth .
There are 2 passwords need to remember , the gate password at the basement before getting into the elevator , and your room door's password - I like to say it very safe and secure here .
Price very cheap and affordable .
Please wear slipper in the room because floor very cold 24/7 or you will get cold easily .

TTeo Chia MingLocation a little peculiar to foreign tourists probably as located inside small lane only small motorcycles and people can weave through carefully. No access if travelling by car and no carparking lots or spaces situated within facility. Good for no-frills travel, walls are thin and no soundproofing, can hear neighbours noises and the airconditioner in room a tad loud at night when turned on for normal temperatures. Basically can get better rooms (better soundproofing, no aircon noises, large size rooms by area for similar prices). At night the lane outside entrance might be spookily dark at times. No facilities such as gym, swimming pool, breakfast or lounge. Expect a simple place for sleeping and convenient location smack right inside Ba Dinh area. Otherwise nothing worth to shout about. For those people with heavy and big luggages, do not recommend this place as inconvenient for moving in and out , checking and checking out. Lift is small as well to note. Good food places nearby and a no-frills place for a simple sleep smack right in middle of Hanoi. The lane is smaller then pictures posted.

Because it is an apartment, the lady will take you upstairs to check in. You can check out the next day by closing the door and leaving. The deposit will be returned to your account on time. It is convenient and fast, and the service attitude is very good. The key is to speak Chinese.

AAJChenOur trip led us to Room 303, nestled in a quiet alley next to the cathedral. It's a peaceful spot within the old town, very quiet at night.
The entrance is inside the Twins Bar, so if you need the front desk, just speak to the bar staff. They'll even help you with your luggage to your room. If you fancy a drink in the evening, you can simply head downstairs – no need to find another place.
The room itself is a renovated old building. The window looks out onto the back alley's tin roofs, and plenty of natural light comes in. All the amenities are provided. The bed is a bit low and on the softer side, which might be something to note if you prefer a firmer mattress. Overall, it's good; however, the trash can and toilet paper are both kept in the bathroom, so you have to go in there to dispose of any rubbish. The shower drainage isn't great, leading to standing water during a shower that takes a while to clear, and there were also small drain flies in the room.
Overall, for the price, it's very good value for money. The location in the old town is extremely convenient, with plenty of options for food, massages, and bars at night. It's also quiet and not noisy in the evenings. Definitely worth considering.

GGuest UserI really liked the location of this place in how it is near a lot of food, fruit, and vegetable stands. I also liked how it is near a lot of mini stores where I can go pick up things that I need. Owner is very nice and loans me things that I needed. She is very respectful to me calling me sir. Hotel maid was very friendly to be around. I like how there was a portable convection stove for me to cook things with. I like how there were silverware, chopsticks, and dishes that I can use to eat my food with. Very good deal to use the washer where it only costs 20,000 dong for the first time and free for additional uses. I liked how it was near that big Winmart grocery store.
Hotel room was very clean. I liked how it had this small space where I can hang my clothes up to dry which was perfect because it was directly underneath the air conditioning unit of the room upstairs where it gives off the heat which dries it faster. Hotel always has a fresh clean set of towels available whenever I need it. Hotel always has toilet paper available whenever I need it.
The only thing that I didn't like was that now and then, there are spiders, where I had to kill 2 of them. I also had to deal with a big spider on my last day. I am somebody that has a fear of spiders.
I might comeback to this hotel in August, September, or beginning of next year when I comeback towards Hanoi in Vietnam and the situation fits for me.

MMihaela CorinaI got there late at night due to a storm and flight delay. I could see something was wrong as the person behind the desk wasn't giving me a key but seemed in trouble. I thought that they gave away my room and I will have a paid reservation with no room to sleep in.
As another person showed up and they talked a lot in front of me in Vietnamese I started to get really concerned. It was raining, I was tired, I paid for the room and the ride here.
Eventually I was told that the heavy rain is getting through the roof in the room they have and it's leaking from the corner but the bed isn't affected. I was offered a full refund if I wanted to cancel it. The translation and my interpretation was that it's what they want me to do. I got upset. In the end I understood that I can take the room if I want too but it is not ideal now.
I asked to see it and I was fine with it. Dripping from two corners and towels on the floor to catch it. I'm not picky and I was too tired to care. No wet bed so I was ok.
I just am only suggesting that in the future they explain right away the situation and offer either full refund if the guest doesn't want to stay or partial refund if staying but inconvenienced.
Anyway, besides that, the place is near the airport, a 50,000 motorbike ride away.
There are a few small stores and places to eat nearby. Besides the unfinished construction inside the building, that doesn't look appealing the room seemed clean. For the price is not a bad deal, even with a hard to start shower and a bathroom door handle out. :)

KKytchermaineWe stayed as a family of five, and the room was spacious and comfortable, featuring two double beds and one single bed. The building had a lift, which was convenient for carrying luggage. The main highlight was the spacious balcony, offering a great view of the street below.
The hotel is located right in the Old Quarter, making access to key places very convenient. I also appreciated the variety of nearby eateries, ranging from cafés to local delicacies, as well as the many spa options. A Circle K convenience store was just a few shops away.
The only downside was that there was only one toilet (we had assumed the connecting room would have two), but it wasn’t an issue for us. Housekeeping came daily to clean the room.
