"Excellent hotel. The views are breathtaking. The room has a designer layout, is spacious, clean, and comfortable, with air conditioning. You do have to climb stairs to get to the hotel, but it's totally worth it. The hotel staff helps with luggage both up and down. You can check in early for a small fee if you arrive in Sapa by night bus. The best hotel throughout my entire trip to Vietnam. 100 out of 10!"

TthirteesomethingThe location is good if you want to explore more of the city center. Very close to everything. Theres not much view though. You can also stay or leave your stuff before checkin time, and after checkout time and they also provide bed so you can sleep. My problem though was the dormitory room was so small, the bunkbeds were so close to each other I can hear the lower bed snore like their sleeping beside me. There was also no light in each bed but there was socket. Overall i had a very wonderful experience and no regrets telling anyone that this is another great place to stay here in trip.

GGuest UserSuch a beautiful hotel! It was really pretty when the fog cleared!! But the location is a bit disappointing (I can't help it...) I thought I was going to the other world when I took a taxi from downtown late at night and drove through the fogㅠ
But everyone was friendly, the breakfast was delicious, and the coffee was especially so delicious that I had to buy the beans!

JJeannieee8We are happy that we’ve found jk homestay because it is very cozy and relaxing, it feels like home away from home. The view outside the room is breathtaking. The staff very accommodating even if we arrived earlier than the said check in time, we still managed to use their billiards while waiting for free. The owner is very nice to us and we’re grateful for that. The room is very neat and we never expect that it is more spacious and comfortable for the price we’ve paid for. I will definitely recommend it to my friends and families, well for sure when I visit Sa Pa Vietnam again, I will book this homestay because it is just few minutes away from the town proper and other tourist attractions.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly, humble, and helpful. They assisted us with booking tickets and even gave great Grab recommendations, which made our trip much easier.
I was also celebrating my friend’s birthday, and the team went above and beyond by helping with the decorations and getting a cake ready — such a thoughtful gesture! Even when I arrived early, they kindly allowed me to check in without any hassle.
Overall, the service was super nice, and the staff made us feel truly welcomed. I highly recommend this hotel — everyone can stay here with confidence!

CCsaFeThe hotel staff are nice and helpful. The location is central, but unfortunately, there are two bars/night clubs just opposite the hotel, which will blast loud music until 2am. I first stayed on the top floor in a room with a balcony, and it was simply impossible to sleep, it was really like trying to sleep in the middle of a night club. They moved me to a different floor, and it was a little better, but you could still hear the party - just below your balcony.
I booked a tour and a bus ticket with the hotel, which was nice, and the price was OK.
(This has nothing to do with the hotel itself, but the tour was terrible, it was raining heavily all day long, we could not see anything at all, and the difficult climbing in rubber boots resulted in very bad bruises to my toes - extremely painful, and heals for months and months.)

GGuest UserBefore arriving, I was hesitant about choosing accommodation, but after arriving, I thank God that I stayed in this place. I recommend it to anyone; it's incredibly beautiful and completely peaceful, perfect for couples. It's not located in the city center, so if you want to walk, you'll need a scooter. The female employee who served us was very helpful, and the rest of the staff were also friendly.

-Quiet and great neighborhood
-Plenty of restaurants and cafe nearby
-The homestay has motorbike for rent
-Great hot shower
-Even the room didn't have hot air conditioning, they have bed warming device to keep you warm under the blanket
Cons:
-The place is located on high ground uphill, recommend you get a bike
-Water dropping from the pipe above in the toilet, I was staying at first floor
-The ceiling isn't soundproof, you can hear your neighbor talking and opening door from above.

GGuest UserHad a great time staying.Staffs were wonderful,warm and friendly although there was a bit of language barrier they try to communicate at their best ,google translate could be very useful as well.Location is very good,its at the back of Vietrekking cafe and restaurant.-very strategic to those who would want to take pictures from the passing funicular train.A 10-15mins walk to Sapa Center.Free breakfast served at 0800AM staff would ask your preferences.A very cozy and relaxing place if you would want a chill ambiance.Thank you for the staff who let us stay while waiting for our bus pick up despite we checked out at 12NN.Recommended to solo,couples or families.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is located on the main street right next to the market, and about 20mins walk from the town, perfect if you are a market person.
Communication with the hotel is mainly via Google translate, all requests were honoured just needed a little patience and understanding when communicating with them.
There's all the basic amenities you need without frills. It's definitely a bargain to get your own room with a private toilet.

GGuest UserThe place was just hundred meters away from the center which is a 3 minute Walk. The place is cozy and makes you feel at home.Though I did had some doubts at first. The place is like a 24 hour check in. But you should be able to check out at 11am
The place promote more of self service and manage remotely like airbnb
