We stayed in a renovated room with harbor view. The room is big with nice decorations. The view from the room is spectacular. The bathtub is very nice and comfortable. We also ordered some in-room services. The food can be improved.

Perfect place to stay if you're transiting through Hong Kong. Our flight arrived at 6AM and we were able to check in early, which was really nice after a 14 hour long flight. Staff was helpful and room service food was delicious!

Hotel was accomodative and gave us upgrade to harbour view so our 2 rooms are next to each other since we travel with kids. I appreciate that the room service gave me 2 new ones when I requested for pens for souvenir. Overall staff speak good English and are patient. Thank you! However, I think it is time to replace the wallpaper. Please note no bidet in toilet.

The rooms are slightly dated but clean and fresh. Staff are always on hand and the selection of restaurants is what one would expect of the calibre. Highly recommended
