Harbour Plaza North Point

North Point and Quarry Bay
The hotel does its job adequately with no surprises. Rooms are pretty large for Hong Kong at this price point and it’s conveniently located near exit C quarry bay station. A few refreshes are definitely needed in a certain areas : TV should be replaces with one that has smart functions or supports screen mirroring, carpets hide a lot of dirt and should be replaced with modern floor boards. Suggest everyone to bring their own toiletries as almost none is provided.

The hotel is well located in front exit A of TIAN HOU (天后) of metro and the reception is super nice and upgraded me to 37 floor with very nice view and the sky swimming pool is tiny but perfect for me to go swimming by myself! Plus there is the temple 100mt from climbing staircase and turn right and walk for 100mt, I am really happy as I like to go to temple while I am traveling especially goddess Mazhu! I was quite troubled by some issue on job now I am relax and happy after praying! I think the spiritual tranquility is the most important of all than just party and shopping!

Room: Big and spacious. Modern. Well laid out. With excellent lightings, very comfortable king size bed, large flat screen TV and a huge wardrobe. Almost floor to ceiling full length window offers a panoramic view of luxurious condos on the mountain slopes and the famous HK turf club and all its sports facilities. Bathroom: Big and spacious too with separate bath tub and rain shower cubicle. Excellent shower pressure. The basin has a mixer but with two separate tap controls. The WC is of standard design. Housekeeping: Very polite staff who keep the place really clean. Reception: Very polite and very fast. I emailed them before my arrival and received a reply instantly. I emailed them at 1am during my stay and received a reply instantly. Incredible service. Concierge: Impressive young staff. They anticipated my needs and acted on it before I even utter a word. And they have excellent knowledge of the area and HK to give us very accurate information and direction. My wife and friends say ”this is the hotel we will stay again when we come back to HK.”

Location was great, short walk (~5mins) to Jordan MTR but we hardly took the subway during our trip because there were lots of buses that went to the places we wanted to go. Room was clean and spacious as well for a HK hotel. The TV had a variety of channels and some played old HK movies which we enjoyed every night in the room. There are many food options nearby too, with McDonald’s across the road, Ippudo Ramen next door and a food hall in the ba*****t. Will definitely consider this place again the next time I visit HK.

Tsim Sha Tsui
Checked in real late on a weekend and the front office lady was very courteous to have our room upgrade to suite. The view isn’t particularly impressive but the room was spacious with basic amenities all in place. Requested for late check out the next day and the staff was accommodating. One thing that the hotel must pay attention to is the cleanliness of the bathroom. The bathtub wasn’t cleaned thoroughly as there’s pubic hair right in the bathtub and stains on floor. The “note” to previous guest was still lying on the floor when we entered the room. Overall speaking it is valued for money however awareness on hygiene must be enhanced

My stay at k11 artus was phenomenal! The view from my balcony was simply breathtaking, offering sweeping vistas that left me in awe.
