Dear Hotel Management, I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to take a moment to share my recent experience during my stay at your hotel. As a frequent guest, I have always appreciated the quality of service and comfort your establishment offers. However, on this particular occasion, I must express my disappointment with a few aspects of my stay. Firstly, the bathroom in my room lacked a facing faucet, with only a shower head available. This made it inconvenient to transfer water from the shower to the bathtub, resulting in a dissipation of the hot water's temperature. Consequently, my bathing experience was quite uncomfortable. Additionally, the toilet's flushing force was inadequate, requiring multiple attempts to clear the bowl properly. Furthermore, during my recent stay, I had planned to check out early at 6 a.m. Unfortunately, the tranquility of my morning was disrupted by the sound of renovation work in the adjacent bedroom at 9 a.m. While I understand that the front desk had informed me about the situation, it would have been greatly appreciated if I had been offered an alternative room to ensure a peaceful stay. Please understand that my intention in leaving this feedback is not to criticize but to draw attention to the concerns of a loyal and frequent guest. I have consistently chosen your hotel for my accommodation needs because of the positive experiences I have had in the past. I believe that by addressing these issues, you can continue to provide an exceptional experience for your guests, especially those who choose your hotel repeatedly. Thank you for taking the time to read my message. I trust that you will consider my feedback constructively, as it is meant to enhance the overall guest experience. I look forward to my future stays at your hotel, in the hope that my concerns will be taken into account. Yours sincerely, A Loyal and Concerned Guest

Due to concerns about the relationship with no relevant experience, there was no special expectation for the Prince Hotel who participated in the quarantine hotel plan for the first time! The reason for choosing it is mainly because of the convenient location! But the result was overjoyed! 🤪 First talk about the hotel's service. Since the moment of check-in, I have felt the staff up and down the hotel, the kind of hospitality that is customer-first! After check-in, every time you have to call the front desk to find help, the responsible staff will always solve the problem for us quickly! This is especially important for passengers who need to be quarantined! 👍🏻 Regarding the room, it is comfortable, clean and fully furnished. We live in a suite this time. The space will naturally be larger, but it is indeed a very good choice for guests who need to work! 👍🏻 Regarding the meal arrangement during the quarantine period, the taste is very good, the temperature can be maintained, and the fast service of the staff responsible for the delivery of food! However, we mainly taste Chinese food. For the opinions of the Western Menu, other guests may need to provide it! 🙏🏻 This year is our second experience of quarantined hotels. Under the comparison situation, it highlights the Prince Hotel's intention to prepare every detail! If there is still such a need next time, we are happy to choose Prince Hotel again!

We try one night in Dadal Hotel on week end. But it was totally different what we see in the advertising! First the price was not cheap. We have to paid over HKD 1,000 for one night! We stay with 4 person's room two adults and two kids. The room not big enough and the bath tower are not clean and old. Regarding the service they are not professional and I may say no service at all. Only the location was in center of kowloon that's all. If anyone want to try this hotel must be take time to consideration!!

The rooms are very clean and the location is very good. You can walk to Victoria Harbour, the price is very high, and the family is very happy! The boss and the waiter are very enthusiastic and patient. The boss contacted us in advance to inform the route. Less than soap and washing powder, the owner also provided it enthusiastically for free, very nice!

Came here with friends to participate in the Hong Kong Marathon. We booked a four-person room. The space is large enough for the core area of Tsim Sha Tsui where land is at a premium. The starting point of the competition is right downstairs of the hotel, which is very convenient. It is only one step away from Victoria Avenue of Stars, Harbor City Shopping Mall and the subway station. This location, this price, the room is very nice. My aunt kept the house clean and I was quite satisfied with my stay. If I have the opportunity to run a marathon again in the future, I will choose Huatai Hotel. Thanks to the housekeeper for taking care of me these two days! Thanks also to the boss for the warm hospitality! 🙏🙏🙏
