The hotel's location is great, making it very convenient for getting around. On our first day, we were able to try the famous 'Fat Choy Char Siu' restaurant, which was only a 5-minute walk from the hotel. The front desk and concierge service were excellent; even during the busy National Day holiday, the service was great and very welcoming. The elevator doors were quite noisy when opening and closing, which could be improved. The room's soundproofing was poor; we were woken up every day by the sound of the bathroom drain, and we could clearly hear the light switches being turned on in the adjacent room. The TV channels were limited, and we were a bit disappointed not to be able to watch any sports games. The breakfast was decent, but it lacked local specialties. There wasn't even a Hong Kong-style noodle station, and the service was even worse. Plates piled up on tables and no one cleared them. There was no music in the restaurant, which really dampened the atmosphere. The laundry room was free to use, but the prices were a bit high, and the dryer drum needed cleaning as there was a lot of grime stuck to the inside of the door. The gym looked good, but unfortunately, I wasn't feeling well enough to use it.

Hong Kong hotel rooms are generally small, but this one is decent. The king-size room is quite spacious, very clean, and free of any strange odors. The staff are attentive and enthusiastic; they gave excellent recommendations when I asked about nearby food and attractions! Thumbs up!

Extremely satisfied with my stay! The hotel is very close to the MTR station, making it super convenient for travel, even with luggage. The environment is quiet and clean, the front desk service is friendly, and there are plenty of food and drink options nearby. It's a great value-for-money choice for a trip to Hong Kong.
