Very nice hotel with a great view. They surprised us with cake and petals for our anniversary celebration.

Housekeeping did not refill amenities for one of the days we stayed, did not change bedsheet for 4days despite requesting for it. Chromecast was not working well and had to service it, even after servicing it, still the same.

Firstly, got a free upgrade to harbour view thank you so much to the lady that check us in. We stayed for 4 nights.
Secondly, the room had specious and clean feels.
Thirdly, room service was very good. Door service was also extremely good. There is always a door man to open the door for us be it coming in or going out. Daily housekeeping done well for all 4 nights.
Will recommend and choose this hotel again.

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were really clean and had a great view! Even the housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful. Really had a great stay.
Special mention of Jennifer Chui, she was really warm and even called us up to check on our stay. She was very patient in explaining to our queries during check-in.
Overall the stay was really great and highly recommended to others. 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻
