The accomodation is in an excellent location in the heart of TST (Tsim Sha Tsui), that you can walk to Victoria harbour/avenue of the stars and to the tube/metro station if wishing to travel further afield.
The single room is small but it is sufficient if you are solely looking for a clean place to sleep. The communal reception area is great, providing you with an opportunity to meet other travellers.
There is no individual fridge in the room but there is a large one in the communal area that you can use.
You have access to tea and small snacks which is a nice gesture. If you want to prepare your own food there are limited facilities to do so.
Alan and his team are excellent with making you feel very welcome and on hand to answer any questions and give you advice on what to see and local eateries.

Great hospitality, small (but not extra small) clean room with everything you need. Even more: you have a nice private balcony (nice to take a cup of tea there at the morning). Also you have a wardrobe with lockets to keep your clothes and a table with chair if you need to sit by laptop for example. Very close to metro station and all central points of interests. Really nice and friendly staff. Room is cleaned daily (towels are changed in about two days or you can ask to change them if you need more frequently; bed was renewed once during our 13 night stay, but we didn‘t need and didn’t asked for more frequent change). If there is a problem (in any place something can go a bit wrong) all is fixed very fast. Free tea, laundry and different small things (like adaptor for example) makes being here super-comfortable.
To be honest Pillows was better then 3-star (and of course more expensive) hotel of our friends in nearly everything. If I need to stay again in Hong Kong, I’ll choose Pillows without any hesitation!

Everything was great! We moved here after night in another hotel. In this hotel everything and everyone are perfect. Personal is very friendly and helpful. We had a window with a city view, it was really nice. The room was quiet and clean. We have a nice rest. Thanks! I think another time we will have a room here again. Thanks! :)

This was such a pleasant surprise and I usually never write reviews or have such high praise. The service was excellent and super friendly offering me recs and being very attentive. Location is very close to the subways and the space is good for what you pay for, great community

Although it is located in the old building, but the room is very clean. The staffs are super friendly and helpful. Not to worry about the amenities and they always respond to our request. Highlight recommended for traveller who is looking for budget and cheap hotel with excellent service 👍
